Cons: make it smoke free entirely, better breakfast
Location: Nice location, very convenient to shopping and restaurant
Hotel is not smoke-free. There is no continental breakfast contrary to advertisement, just some cupcakes, oatmeal and coffee. It is a joke. Carpet stained and dirty, but overall not too bad. If budget is a concern, then this is your choice

Worst ever

The room smell. When I requested them to change bed sheets, they refused. Furniture in Bad condition. Dust on furniture, it's gross.

Just a place to sleep and that's it . Shower rod was broken tub was cracked .

Looks nice on outside dirty and poor housekeeping

Dirty pull out bed with trash, dust and stains. Blankets have to be requested. Hair in bathtub and urine runoff from toilet. Bandana left from previous person on top of refrigerator. Splatters of sticky residue on chairs. Dirty carpet and very poor housekeeping. Nail clippings on carpet.

Breakfast is only coffee with muffins. Not recommended for non-English speakers.

We had a bad experience.

Pros: Stuff was good.
Cons: If there are some problem about my booking,Expedia should tell us in advance.
Location: There are some restaurants near hotel.
We booked 2 queen beds room. But they gave us only 1king bed room.

Dirty room

Dirty room and bad service . I have been there before but this time it was a very bad room. I will never go back

When I need a break

Pros: I like the location, tucked away on a loop so there's really no traffic noise. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Location: The hotel is literally two blocks from Del Amo Mall, walking distance. There's a row of restaurants a block away.
I've stayed here a few times now, and I have always had a nice stay. When I need a break or to just escape by myself, for thinking or to relax, I book a room here. The staff is super friendly and the WiFi is free. The rooms have a kitchen! Stove, refrigerator, microwave. I always bring at minimum buttered popcorn! The cost of a room is less than you'd expect. I would suggest you, or maybe visiting friends check it out.
