Nice hotel good area

Breakfast was grab and go i.e. Muffin, nutrition bars, coffee. Mall was less than a mile Beach was nearby also.

dirty + rudeness = Terrible experience

Pros: Photos and ratings are very misleading!!!
Cons: I just don't care !
Location: Nada !!
First time I booked this type of hotel, and for sure the last one. I made sure to let my families and friends know to avoid this hotel. got there at 11 PM, the front desk lady, a senior, was not helpful and very rude. it took another staff member to try to salvage the situation. which at this point was way over the top with this senior citizen desk lady. the hotel itself looks like a rundown motel, smell of weed and cigarrates was just all over the place, lobby, halls, even in our room. we had booked for two nights, but checked out of this dump the following early, early in the morning. Never again !

Bad area

Punches holes in the wall, bad area for a white person, ceilings were just patched and room smelled! I can't believe that this hotel is on expedia!

Comfy and spacious rooms. Not to far from the malls and dining, plus Torrance is always a nice quiet area

Nice place to stay. A little noisy from the gaps in the doors. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very accommodating. Safe and clean.

Great location

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Didn't eat at the continental breakfast station.

poorly maintained

blocked stains and uncleaned toliets there should be no evidence of previous guest somewhat gross.

The hotel ran my credit card,but I already paid

The hotel ran my card to pay for a stay that I had already paid for with cash! How does that happen? Could have messed up my vacation and Xmas plans!
