Bad area

Punches holes in the wall, bad area for a white person, ceilings were just patched and room smelled! I can't believe that this hotel is on expedia!

Comfy and spacious rooms. Not to far from the malls and dining, plus Torrance is always a nice quiet area

Great location!

Nice place to stay. A little noisy from the gaps in the doors. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very accommodating. Safe and clean.

Great location

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Didn't eat at the continental breakfast station.

poorly maintained

blocked stains and uncleaned toliets there should be no evidence of previous guest somewhat gross.

The hotel ran my credit card,but I already paid

The hotel ran my card to pay for a stay that I had already paid for with cash! How does that happen? Could have messed up my vacation and Xmas plans!

It was an awful experience. I called to tell them I was going to check in late and when I did I was given a smoking room. My reservation was for non-smoking and they did not have a non-smoking room available I was finally given a room with a broken TV set that was non-smoking

Hotel is an OK choice for a two night stay - the property is better suited for long term stays

Kitchen utensils wasn't in the room and hair dryer. There was shampoo but no conditioner. Didn't have any breakfast just muffin, granola and coffee. Should have breakfast buffet. Room was pricey.
