Great location.

This hotel was okay, but there were a few things that made out stay less enjoyable. The walls were very thin and you could hear full conversations of the guest next door. Also, the shower drained extremely slow which caused the water to start pooling within seconds of running. The staff members were great and friendly, and the hotel is right in the middle of many restaurants.

The bedding was ratty and the beds themselves were so uncomfortable with springs poking into your back! The hotel also had a weird smell!

Disappointing experience

Cons: Everything - management needs to increase their budget.
Location: Nothing to do except Magic Mountain.
I had heard good things about this chain. This location was horrible. You walk in to an understaffed reception area, waited 30 min to check in. A sign at the lobby tells you they share their registration information with law enforcement....comforting. Forget about amenities in the room, everything is at the front desk and they do NOT bring it to you, including hairdryers that may have cost $2.50 they were so tiny and cheap, as well as all your kitchen items, plates, pots and pans and silverware, iron, etc. This is a dog friendly hotel which is fine, but I would think that you would designate certain rooms for that, like smoking rooms. Nope. Walked into a room that reeked of dog urine - had to buy Febreeze to keep it at bay. You have about 15 channels total to choose from on the T.V. (does not include the ridiculous number of ESPN channels. The rooms must be furnished by the Goodwill next door, and for almost $200 a night, not acceptable. Bugs galore in the room and the bathrooms are falling apart. Strange characters roam the parking lot - I do not recommend parking on the side of the building. Some lights in our room had no bulbs. And if you are larger than an eight year old, bring your own towels, otherwise their "bath" towels are barely big enough to wrap your hair in. Extremely disappointing hotel.

Not suitable for short stays

Pros: Nice location
Cons: Complete change of management to someone competent would help.
Location: MagicMountain
No manager on-site, no clean towels, no maid service until 7 days pass, room was a mess, and no maintenance person on staff. Front desk staff changed daily. Some of the hotel allows smoking (ugh) and the place stunk.

Old, smelly and out dated!

I would not go back. It was very old, smellyan uncomfortable. The bed was awful, the room was outdated and it was barely a 1 star experience.

Needed to stay for a week while moving and doing remodeling of new house here in Valencia. After 2 nights we had enough. Very smelly, dirty, and lots of sketchy types in hallways. Don't waste your money.

Dissapointed

Cons: Rooms should be cleaned everyday. Breakfast is considered a snack
Kids were disappointed. No pool, no gym, rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Will not use this hotel in the future.

Homeless Shelter

Absolutely filthy, disgusting, management does not care. 8 believe they get money from the county to use it as a shelter. A lot of homeless around.

Convenient location, lacking amenities

Chose this location for the kitchenette, but that was the only plus. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no stopper for the bath tub and beds were quite hard. The staff was very friendly and kind.
