Extremely disappointed!

Extremely disappointed! I had looked at a room before I had decided to stay there. The room that we received was nothing like the room that we were given. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, yet there were cigarette burns in the bathroom vanity and also in the bathtub. Our daughters room was no better At night when the lights were off and the curtains were closed, you could see the light through the curtains- giving the curtains the appearance of being shot and having bullet holes. Finally the Grab n Go that was available in the morning, was supposed to be from 630 to 930. If you arrive at 6:30 or after there was nothing left, and it was not replenished.Also we found the first morning we were there that they had no sugar or regular creamers for coffee. They did finally get sugar but never did get regular creamer-only flavored cream. The hotel is about a quarter of a mile from a grocery store… it's sad that the missing items were not immediately purchased and available for the patrons. In short we will never stay there again

awful stay

The main lobby is so dirty, with stuff on the floor. Staff really did. It care. The rooms were very smelly. We had non smoking room but it smelled strongly of cigarette. The mattress was awful, sagging. After check out I wanted use the bathroom, I was told there is no restrooms in the lobby. The staff was oblivious to guest come and go. The overall cleanliness was horrible. Food crumbs, wrappers, papers, tissues on the ground in general area. The "free breakfast" is low quality wrapped muffins and danish by the main entrance. No place to sit. I would not recommend this place.

This was the most horrible stay its getting worst.

This use to be my favorite hotel dont know what happened i was itching all night decided to see under the sheets wow this is what i found photo included..also had animal hair on the bed....so sad....woodland Hills needs to do better for Expended Stay America..

Terrible hotel.

One of the worst hotels in which I have ever stayed. Dirty. Reeked of cigarettes (although non-smoking room). No iron, hangers or trash can. Garbage bags and trash in hallways.

It was a nice stay., they only cleaned or changed sheets, towels every seven days but you can get them from the front desk if you need to change them. Otherwise it was good and comfortable enough.

It will be nice if they clean the rooms every two days but they only clean it every seven days, otherwise it was a nice stay. The bed is not so comfortable for me, but my husband was ok with it. Btw, the room has a stove, refrigerator and you can go to the front desk and get plates, utensils, etc to use for free. This is a plus.

I enjoy staying here it's like being at home with a full kitchen. I stay here when I travel from Palm Springs to San Francisco at least once or twice a month.
