More like a homeless shelter than a hotel
Posted Nov 27, 2016
The most bizarre hotel experience we have ever had. People that looked homeless (ratty jeans, no shoes or shirt, dishevelled hair) were constantly outside smoking. The room was not stocked with any of the normal amenities, such as coffee machine, cups for the bathroom, or even a pad of paper and a pen! But the capper was as we were leaving. We heard a screeching that sounded like a dog was being run over. We looked to our left: in the parking lot, a naked woman (who was either 8-months pregnant or had the biggest gut I've ever seen on a female) pulled on a filthy pair of sweatpants, went over to the hotel, and climbed in an open window. Needless to say, we will NOT be back!

This is clearly not a normal occurrence at out hotel, and I do not find any reference in our daily log book. We apologize for the negative experience you had while our guest. Our front desk staff should have shared our in suite amenities are available upon request and we will deliver to your suite. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. I will reiterate the importance of providing this information to our guests. We hope you will consider this experience to be out of the normal and hope to have you back as our guest again in the future. Thank you for your feedback. General Manager
