Very dirty hotel

Posted Jan 15, 2017
Very dirty hotel. Bathroom shower dirty, tables not wipes, dusty floors, only 1 towel in bathroom. Close to frwy and restaurants but needs to be cleaned better. Friendly staff.

Bad hotel.

Smelled like smoke. Nothing in the room to be used in kitchen. Had to ask for everything. Would not stay here ever again!

More like a homeless shelter than a hotel

Posted Nov 27, 2016
Pros: The location was convenient
Cons: Just about everything
The most bizarre hotel experience we have ever had. People that looked homeless (ratty jeans, no shoes or shirt, dishevelled hair) were constantly outside smoking. The room was not stocked with any of the normal amenities, such as coffee machine, cups for the bathroom, or even a pad of paper and a pen! But the capper was as we were leaving. We heard a screeching that sounded like a dog was being run over. We looked to our left: in the parking lot, a naked woman (who was either 8-months pregnant or had the biggest gut I've ever seen on a female) pulled on a filthy pair of sweatpants, went over to the hotel, and climbed in an open window. Needless to say, we will NOT be back!

This is clearly not a normal occurrence at out hotel, and I do not find any reference in our daily log book. We apologize for the negative experience you had while our guest. Our front desk staff should have shared our in suite amenities are available upon request and we will deliver to your suite. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. I will reiterate the importance of providing this information to our guests. We hope you will consider this experience to be out of the normal and hope to have you back as our guest again in the future. Thank you for your feedback. General Manager

You Get What You Pay For

Posted Nov 10, 2016
Location: Good location, easy to find and near a lot of shops and restaurants. There is a Target down the street.
This was the cheapest hotel in the area that included "breakfast". The breakfast consisted of coffee, instant oatmeal, packaged muffins and granola bars. That's it. No cereal or juice. I don't know about you but that's not what I consider breakfast. The rooms were clean but one of our rooms didn't have a trash can. Both rooms smelled like they used to be smoking rooms. The walls are thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms on either side. Luckily we were there for less than 24 hours. I don't think I could have stayed any longer. The staff were nice. We booked a double room but they ran out (we were there for a wedding) so they gave us two singles instead for the same price. That is the only positive I can give them. The front desk is not at fault for it being a crappy hotel.

Thank you for your review. We value your compliments and appreciate your feedback. Our team members who assisted you will be delighted with your positive comments about their service. However, we are sorry you were disappointed with the grab-and-go breakfast selections and had issues with noise from nearby guests. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide a better experience on your next trip to our city. Sincerely, General Manager

Pros: I didn't like anything
Cons: The internet
Location: Right next to a loud Main Street

Non smoking but it smelled like a smoking room.

Posted Sep 26, 2016
As soon as I enter the non smoking room, it smelled like it was a smoking room. There was graffiti on the mirror. The bed had been made but there was a bottle cap in between the bed and sheets. Do they even check or clean thus place? Bathroom had no big towels to begin with. Shower was making a very loud noise. Toilet didn't look like it was cleaned. There was a stain on the toilet. Not a good experience at all. Cleaning staff did not do a good job. Hotel needs new management to get this place in order. Will not stay again.

Not so good

Posted Aug 27, 2016
Dog started barking at 2 o'clock in the morning there is no answer at the front desk when I called to report the situation. The shower did not work if they were making repairs I was knocked out this at the time of check-in. I found out later asked post to have a parking pass that was not issued at the time of check-in. The refrigerator in my room was leaking water I have to call housekeeping to come up and clean up the water at about 9 PM
