The property was fine. The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t. We talked to the manager who said it was cool outside and that’s why the pool wasn’t the promised 82 degrees. I explained then it isn’t a heated pool. She was very rude about it. I won’t go back.

There should be an inspection of all heating and AC everyday or after a customer checks out. I woke up at 2am shivering. The heater indicated it was 90 degrees--clearly the thermostat was broken. Staff accommodated me and gave me a different room. But my sleep was disrupted and this would not have been good if I had had a big meeting the following day.

The property moved us and potentially violated rules and regulations for service animals. They moved us from our room and put us in a room that was dirty, smelled horribly and had weird liquid smears on the front door. I am not happy with my stay.

Conveniently located to LAX. We avoided an early morning drive from Ventura County and choose this property as a Sheraton. For the price and what we got for the money, I would have preferred waking up at 3:00AM for the drive. Come on- 1 bottle of water, you have to pay to park,the sink did not drain, and I have marks on my body from the bed springs. Bad. My cabin on MSC and NCL are bigger. Bad choice. Oh- $20.00 for a breakfast roll and coffee -

You have to pay for food and parking. Not cool. Breakfast has to be included in your purchase. And I do not believe I seen we had to pay for parking so that was a mess. 30 Dollars for each night smh

Everything was great and clean. The staff so friendly and polite, they have a bar with good drinks. Easy and safe parking area and there are local stores and restaurants around the hotel.

Second time staying here and was just as good as the first. Great location right across a major mall. Check-in and parking was simple. Room is fairly new and very clean. Great place to stay!

Never got to stay, even though I'd fully pre paid I turned up to check in and my room was cancelled had to spend over 1hr on a call getting an alternative. Hotel apparently told hotels.com but yet they where none the wiser

My first room had no hot water in the shower. They changed my room. I never got maid service in that room even when it was requested . I was compensated for the inconveniences with breakfast vouchers.

Convenient access to freeways if you figure out how to get to and from them. With 3 elevators, the wait for one was always short. Wardrobe space limited and problematic for a longer stay. Plenty of drawer space. Counter space in small bathroom extremely limited and narrow. Breakfast was limited to an expensive buffet with virtually no day-to-day variation, but food was good and one free breakfast per person was good. Expensive daily parking fee ($27).

Hotel is not handicapped accessible. They have no walk in showers. I waited over two hours for my room to be cleaned!!! Me check in was for 3p…I did not get my room until 5:20p. Nothing was done to compensate me for this atrocious service!!! Now, I have a receipt from them today, with the wrong address on my account and they tried to charge my card for $50 this morning.
