The rooms in the areas with red doors always have something wrong. We had to move rooms because there was no remote control and the room we were moved to didn’t either. That side of the rooms there’s always something not working I’ve had that happen on 4 different occasions

They didnt have breakfast in the morning. When we check in our room we walked the bathroom and found a roach in the bathroom. There is a 7 dollar parking fee with limited parking space.

Place is not as advertice its durty and strong odor of bleach. I had booked for 4 nights ended up staying just one night canceled the other three. Disputing my money back since they want to charge me still without me staying over. Horrible . Hoping to resolve my issue and get my money back

This property had no hot water. I needed to check into another hotel to shower for a very important meeting. I want to contest this with Expedia. I would like a refund. I am also going to contest this with my bank. The property knew about the issue when I checked in and did not tell me.

You get what you pay for. All the furniture & fixtures had visible wear & tear but they all worked. I was hardly in my room so aesthetically it was fine. Water smelled funny & main shower head didn’t work.

It was a little unexpected to not have carpet on the floor, so it was a little chilly on bare feet. Also, the light in the bathroom was tied to the fan, and it seemed to stay on until the humidity from a shower had been dispersed. This was a little annoying when trying to go to sleep, because the light would stay on, and you could see the light around the door, even when closed. Otherwise, it was a very reasonable place that seemed clean and pretty well maintained.

Be careful.!!!! The place is a spam there is nothing about this place that makes it an inn and suite stay.! It is just a disgusting motel where you should never arrive with family, i would feel so sad every time people arrive and realize that place ia nothing the would expect from the post. You won't be able to even sleep

I guess first think you need to know is that the place is nothing like a suite and inn not even as you arrive and notice is an old disgusting motel where you should never arrive with family and kids. Place is nothing absolutely nothing you would expect so be careful.

The property was the cheapest on Expedia at the time there is no excuse to have such a poorly maintained motel as an option. This is a Motel not an inn or hotel. To rooms smell awful the stench from the plumbing is rank. I will not ever stay here again, that being said the staff was nice and helpful.

Pictures are for sure deceiving! I know it’s a 2 star hotel but damnnnn, the dust and moldy shower curtain was wild. The bathroom floor was straight up filthy. Yall should be embarrassed to even allow people to stay in those rooms.

Nice rooms and good location. However, it is extremely annoying how the front desk people will stare you down from the moment you drive into the small parking lot. They literally watch your every move and it’s just annoying knowing every time I leave or return to the room they are watching creepily. Also, parking lot is very small and tight, not many space available. The security deposit is $100 which you can do in cash or with card.

Tub was clogged and began overflowing. Stayed clogged all night. This was just a bad experience as we drove 6 hours and were looking forward to showering. ALSO, heater made a very loud noise and didn’t work so it sucked having my babies with me and no heater. The staff was nice, but I would rather pay more money at a better location next time. Do not recommend. I guess you’re lucky if you get a good room like some of these reviews say, but unfortunately we weren’t lucky.

The Glen Capri Inn is not worth the "cheap" price. You can hear everything outside, the shower floor looked like it youd get athletes foot, and the heater sounded like a garbage disposal. FYI, if you make any changes to your booking, they will double-charge you for the room and refuse to give it back. If i wanted to spend 260 dollars, id stay at a hotel that doesnt steal from me.
