Wonderful, budget friendly hotel

Pros: clean rooms nice staff clean pool awesome pool setup
Cons: Room service and dining options
Location: Hollywood walk of fame, CBS television city, Universal studios
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in LA. We wanted to stay in W Hollywood because it was close to numerous things to do. It is an expensive cab ride to the hotel, so I would definitely recommend UBER over a taxi when going or coming to/from the airport! The staff was great! So nice and accommodating. We had several things to do on the day that we flew out and the hotel checked our bags in a secure room for free so we didn't have to lug them with us. It is super trendy and modern and very cute! Very clean! We didn't have a tub in our room which was kind of disappointing but the lighting in the bathroom was AWESOME! I seriously want to buy the lit mirror for my own home. The only downside to the stay was poor room service options. We did call for room service one night and did not get an answer; there was an option to leave a message and unfortunately no one called us back! If you're just looking for a clean place to rest your head and don't plan on having any lazy time in the hotel then this is the spot to stay! If you're looking for some place you can have a lazy night and veg on room service than I would suggest a larger facility. Overall, very cool experience and I would recommend to a friend!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your visit to West Hollywood. Please accept my sincere apology for the lack of follow-up from our room service department as it is unacceptable. I assure you we will do everything we can to make improvements. So happy to hear you liked the bathroom mirror...the lighting was one of the main reasons we chose it.

Room service was terrible. I definitely don't think they clean all. Compared to price of it, it's too expensive for those kind of service and room quality. Also, parking fee is too expensive and it's not included in the price. Only nice thing was fancy swimming pool.

Pros: The Hotel has a nice vibe. The Hotel reservation and concierge staff are very accommodating friendly.
Cons: Bar staff needs hospitality training.
Location: The location was perfect for business and pleasure.
The hotel staff were friendly, the bar staff - not so friendly.

Not a good experience at all. Would have moved immediately if I could have. Not a 4 star hotel.

Pros: Close to restaurants and shops. There is a pool.
Cons: Windows that open to air out the room.
Hotel staff welcoming and pleasant.. Room was a stuffy smelling due to no ability to open windows.

Hotel is in a great location, rooms are okay for the price, valet is 42.00 a night and you can't park near on the street without a permit. If you have a vehicle be prepared to add this to your bill. Staff friendliness was 50/50.
