It was clean and comfy. Furniture could be updated. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice hot strong water. Easy entry with card key. Fridge very convenient. Bed was clean and comfy enough.

Evidently I had reserved a smoking room but was given a nonsmoking room. When I asked about it was told that I’d have to wait for the next available one. The bed had no blanket on it just a bedspread and sheet. Just about everything rattled and squeeked, bed, vents…

We stayed here once before and this place is cheap but honestly this time was terrible. They demanded a 20 dollar per day FEE (not deposit) for our seizure alert dog. The staff is absolutely rude and once they have your money they will find ways to keep it. Then they tried to say we owed them even more money when we left. There are roaches in the rooms, the bathtubs don’t work and there was graffiti on the mirror and toilet seat. And the toilet seat was damaged missing the lid (not one designed to not have one, it was clearly damaged.) It cannot be properly sanitized that way. The TV was mounted 8-9 feet above the ground. It had damage to it. We called to try to check in early and were told to show up at 2 and when we did we were told that it was not possible to check in until 3 and they wanted an extra fee to do that.
