Close to Six Flags Magic Mountain

Pros: It was a short drive to restaurants and the Westfield Shopping Centre.
Cons: The scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet are weird. They looked good but had a strange consistency and not much flavour (egg powder perhaps??)
Location: Great location for Six Flags and about a 45 minute drive to Universal Studios, depending on the traffic. Easy to drive to shops and restaurants.
I was a bit worried about choosing this hotel after reading some of the reviews but happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. The room was a good size and clean. The carpet looked a little old and there was a musty smell in the bathroom when we first arrived but that soon cleared. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. It is located within walking distance of Six Flags theme park and although it isn't a short walk, it turns out to be a shorter walk than parking in the carpark and walking to the entrance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location

Stayed one night on the way from Bay Area for visit to Getty Center and on to San Diego. Hotel was easy to access, quick check in, clean room, nice pool, friendly staff and very good complimentary breakfast. We recommend this hotel!

Gave me the wrong room and on top of that charged me for a room I didn’t even pay for or anything and argued with me for 10minutes trying to get me to pay it! Terrible staffing and unorganized

Nothing working

Stayed in the hotel while the staff was amazing. The ac did not work. Phones were down and WiFi. Had to sleep in my car it was so hot.

60th Birthday Party

Lovely hotel, everything was top notch. Surprised there weren't coffee pods for the coffee maker in room. If there were, there would. E nothing to complain about.

Pros: the room is clean, peaceful, we love it.
I love this hotel, but there is no free breakfast, also the breakfast is more expense.

Close to six flags and everything you need

A woman called to confirm my room, but was very rude when I tried telling her I wanted to pay in cash at the end of my stay. She said I would have to pay with a card now over the phone or the room would no longer be available. I felt she could have explained her self in a nicer way, instead she made me feel very unsure about wanting to keep my reservation with this hotel.

Attentive, caring kitchen manager

I traveled with my daughter, and granddaughter who is allergic to nuts. Juan, the food and beverage manager worked with me to make sure all the food my granddaughter ate from the buffet breakfast was safe. We Felt very cared for. We will return!

Check-in, food, service, bar and room were all very nice! Very close to Magic Mountain.
