Nice hotel at Valencia CA.

Pros: The facility looked new and clean. The restaurant provided nice food.
I have pleasant experience for the hotel. It is close to I-5 for convenient access. The building is new and clean. The parking lot has enough space for guess. I enjoyed the nice dinner at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast is also very good.

Stayed one night while working in the area. Very conveniently located and a comfortable hotel. Strongly recommend.

It is a win win. Great price great hotel

Stayed 4 nights while visiting LA & surrounding areas. Room was clean and comfortable. Staffs were nice and accommodating, always smile and say hi. One of the two female waitress wasvery friendly and attentive, the other one not so much. Opted for the free breakfast option and was not disappointed. The only down side is driving to LA or cities near by can take twice longer during rush hours

The catering director was extremely rude

The catering director was extremely rude to the parents that reserved a block of rooms that included breakfast tickets from the Hilton Sales Department from his location. Alot of the tickets were not distributed properly to parents that were promised 4 per room and either recieved 2 or none. The front desk was no help either in rectifying the issue. There is a more professional way of handling an issue by the Hilton staff than just harrassing their paying guests by a mistake they obviously made. The reservations were made for the weekend and the parents were told by frobt desk to talk to sales department that is only available through the week days about the meal tickets. Which was no help.

Confusion about breakfast included.

In general my experiance was very positive. I would definitely stay there again. The waitreses and waiter were great. The maid said good morning and the front desk was very nice. There did seem to be some confusion about breakfast with the Expedia package, but they fixed it and it was no big deal. The Expedia package that I purchased includes breakfast each morning. It seemed like some people knew that and where to find it in the computer, while others didn't. The person that checked us in told me I did not have breakfast included. After checking, I called back and the next person was able to find it.

Pros: location is convenient for quick stop. The interrior is well maintained and accessible.
Cons: Shower needs update.
Welcome desk personel was friendly and quick to check us in and out. The breafast buffet was superb along with staff performance.

Great Location

Pros: shuttle to park
Cons: change pool hours to close at 11PM instead
Location: I was sad to see that the Marie Callender's Restaurant that was located in the same parking lot has closed. Still eating option across street.
We stayed Feb 3 through 5th. This is the place to stay if you are going to Six Flags Magic Mountain. It is just a 5 min drive away and they offer a shuttle that run an hour before and hour after the park closes. Need to take a break in the afternoon for lunch? Just call them and they will come get you. We love that.

Great hotel close to magic mountain

I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet considering it is right off the freeway, A variety of restaurants and a strip mall are all within a 5 minute drive. I loved the complimentary full breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate their guests. The breakfast along with the free shuttle to the park will make thie Hilton my go to place to stay whenever visiting Magic Mountain.

Clean friendly hotel

I picked this hotel because it was close to Magic Mountain, free parking, free WiFi, free breakfast, clean reputation and free shuttle to the park. All exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was fabulous! They have everything you can imagine buffet style, but they also make omelets to order. We didn't use the shuttle, as you have to make a reservation early to get to Magic Mountain before it opens (it gets filled up pretty quick) and we didn't arrive early enough to do that. We had free parking at the park so it wasn't a big deal for us, but if you don't the shuttle will save you $20 for parking. Clean room and comfortable bed. It was a great stay for us!
