Check in was seamless with the help of Lloyd. All of the staff were very friendly. Getting to the hotel is easy and the underground parking was a nice bonus. Everything was remarkably clean.

Really nice property. They had big Jenga in the common area with ice tea and Arnold palmer. Didn't get to check out the pool because it was pouring the whole time.

It was easy to drive to and had parking available. Staff very nice. Mattress, sheets were comfortable. Short walk to bay with food options. Not sure if I would want to walk it later at night. Great experience.

Had a great stay. Very friendly and efficient staff. But my room was a bit of a let down with rusted bathroom lights, some staining in the bathtub. Overall enjoyed my stay.

I will be giving a complaint to the manager. - no parking, I had to pay extra for valet parking - My room was not ready at check in time at 4pm. Lobby receptionist asked me to check in 20 min late. I went and had did dinner and went shopping. I came back around 7:30pm and my room was not ready once again. They finally gave me my room key (1108) when I went to try to open the door, someone else was in my room. I had to go back to the lobby and finally they admitted to giving my room to someone else. By the time I was able to get a room and take a shower it was almost 9pm. - Bathroom smelled like they cleaned it with a dirty damp towel and the room smelled like feet. - This staff seemed confused and overwhelmed I will not be staying at this place in the future!

The parking situation was really frustrating. They close self parking at night so you have to valet, but there’s only one valet person working. I had to call the front desk three time to get a valet person to come. Took over 20 mins, which really sucked when I was tired and just wanted to go to bed. The a/c / heat in my room was also really spotty. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It was nice there was water options availabe in the lobby for guests. I didnt like how when I called room service for coffee they brought me two coffee packs for me to make coffee myself 1.5 hours after calling. I also found the room to be covered in dust and the outside of the windows were very very dirty.

I asked if they could use the card I used to pay the room for the deposit & the worker (heavier set Latinx with a bow tie & glasses) says “you can use whatever card you want.” For future a “Unfortunately, we need a physical card for the deposit” would work… Attitude for no reason. We didn’t dare ask anything else.
