Pros: Location and free airport transportation.
Cons: New bathroom tub. It's Old and Nasty looking.
Location: Located 7 min. from airport.
Didn't like the fact that I had to pay an extra 50 to check in b4 1:00.

Cons: Internet capability, more helpful staff
Useless internet, useless efforts by hotel to fix the problem. I came for business, had to abort planned meetings, go to a coffee shop to attend an internet meeting - ridiculous, not happy. I am a Hilton Honors Member - they didn't care since I booked through a third party. Useless, disappointing - won't go again. Their "help" involved connecting me to AT&T who couldn't past the location address ....good Lord.

The room we had looked more like a 2- or 3-star hotel room. We were two people but the towels they gave us everyday was barely enough for one person. Although I complained about this the first night, nothing changed. No water bottles in the room. The vending machine on our floor and on adjacent floors were broken. I asked for room service but they didn't come for 20 minutes after which we got too sleepy and went to bed. The waitress at the restaurant was very rude.

Room was huge, very modern. Tinted windows kept the room darker and cooler. Bathroom was very small in comparison. The toilet flush sucked, but the water pressure in the shower was great! We had breakfast buffet included with our room but was not told that ended at 1030, an hour before breakfast in general ended so that made me mad, especially because we came down at 1040 and everything was put away. We did get fruit, pastries and ordered an omelette. So at least we got something! Then the shuttle to the airport, drops people off and picks people up at the same time so we were forgotten about, we were not dropped off at our terminal. The driver felt bad so he took just my husband and I back to our terminal not stopping for anyone. The front desk was hard for us to find as well, it's all the way in the back of the hotel. For the price and our experience I won't stay here again and I won't recommend it to a friend.
