Pros: Comfort, parking, and location.
Hotel is currently being renovated so it isn't too aesthetically appealing. A staff member in particular had a bit of an attittude but staff overall were friendly and helpful. The location and cleaniness of the hotel were great. I've stayed here before but would prefer the Pasadena location over this one.

Relaxing stay for business travel

Pros: I liked the rooftop patio. It was a relaxing space. Also, room had a rolling cart under the desk that I used to put my lap top on when working.
I had a pleasant stay. I attended a conference at the hotel so I spent a lot of time there at night and during the day. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel airport shuttle (to Burbank only) was great and the hotel is just a short walk from the Americana Mall, Glendale!! The room was very clean with calming decor. The hotel is undergoing renovations so the lobby area was a little hard to navigate with bags...had to carry them up/down 4-5 stairs. The bellman was there at check in. At check out, I had to carry them down myself. But that should be remedied when renovations are complete. The only negative I experienced there in 3 days/nights was being awakened on night #2 at 230am by a loud continuous high-pitched voice. I wasn't sure if it was a fire alarm or what. I quickly determined that the noise was only in my room and then called the front desk. It was the thermostat, which they fixed quickly from outside the room. But, being an east-coaster, I was then wide awake and couldn't go back to sleep. The next day at conference was a little rough. I only had one meal at the hotel as I wanted to get out and enjoy the weather and see what was around. The rooftop patio was nice with good views. Food was ok. Local beers on tap were excellent! No issues at all with Wi-Fi connection.

I expected more from a Hilton Hotel

I had trouble from the very beginning to book the room at the advertised prize. Then we get to the hotel and it was not what I expected. The pictures make it seem so beautiful, buts it's ok. Just like any other regular hotel. Not a big deal.

Nice and clean hotel

Hotel was nice, it was undergoing some renovations but the rooms were clean and they could use some renovations themselves. No free breakfast and if you wanted breakfast it was 16.99 and you also had to pay for parking. So it gets pretty pricey. Over all it was a good place to stay room wise but it was very pricey just for the room with nothing included.

Hilton LA North/Glendale

Pros: I liked the room the best. Good feel. Well appointed. Nice colors. Clean. Good breakfast but others in party couldn't seem to get same prepay price.
Cons: Less expensive self-park. The free shuttle van to mall service was too slow. Ended up taking our car. Waited too long.
Location: Good malls and restaurants close to hotel.
Good comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. Self-park ok but too expensive.

I was slightly disappointed with the hotel as a whole. The room was fine bright and clean but the restaurant was not available. They charged 16.00 for a typical breakfast that other hotels would have offered for free. There are not a whole lot of necessities like drug store or coffee shop close by. I would stay again if need be, but I would probably choose another hotel next time.

Accessible location

This location is good if you're flying out of Burbank airport and want visit cities like Pasadena and further east.
