Not Worth Even Discounted Prices Charged

I arrived at the hotel a little early for check-in and was asked to come back later. This was OK with me. The problem was that when they did that, they confirmed that I had reserved a handicapped accessible room and asked me if that was what I wanted (apparently because a previous customer had not been aware they had done so and didn't want one). I told them I did want it, but when I came back to check in, I found that the had shifted me to a non-handicapped accessible room, so I had to make them change it. They did so, though not particularly cheerfully nor quickly. When I got to the room, I found dust on one of cards listing the TV stations. I noticed because part of the card had been wiped clean, but not the whole care. I wasn't going to do anything about it, but when housekeeping showed up, apparently on their own initiative, to ask if everything was OK, I told them "no" and asked them to redust that area of the room. They also brought a new card. I was also disappointed because there was no mini-bar/frig where I could keep a few food supplies fresh. This is something I expect when I pay $180/night for a hotel room. Also, the plumbing is noisy. I could hear loud clunking noises when other people used the plumbing.
