Stressful! Expedia botched the names

Would not recommend. Rude staff. Half a$$ed remodel. Very old structure. Small showers. Extremely loud room heating unit. Beautiful location. Tasty room service. Small portions. The check in process was a bit stressful because Expedia botched the name on the room which caused the staff at the hotel not to know what to do other than only allow the person on the reservation to check in... Spouse overlooked even with ID and the same credit card.

Clean. Recently upgraded!

Down the street from Westfield Mall. Lots of dining options. Hotel bar and restaurant were very good as well.

Pros: Near the shopping
Cons: The front disk, it is a gentleman working their is very rude, now twice.
Location: Shopping
I general i like the hotel, only the front disk people should be change.

Nice big,clean room, great location.

Location: Near Freeway and restaurants, also good located for shopping.
I stayed at this Hotel so I would not have to drive all the way home after a USC Football game. It was a perfect location, there was a nice Restaurant/Brewhouse right next door that I walked to aftergetting back from the game and watch some of the other late games finish. The Hotel its self was very nice and clean and the room was large withnice bathroom and very comfortable beds.

Convenient to Warner Center

Cons: Parking area was difficult to navigate.
Location: Near the shopping mall
Was there for a class reunion but they did not have our rooms near each other or on the same floor. Air conditioning in the room did not work well. They made minor adjustment so the temperature was okay but never truly cool.

My room was good and I enjoyed stayed their close in to town.

Nice hotel, good location

Location: Decent access to Warner Center, the 101 or Topanga Canyon areas. Getting up to the 118 not as easy. Large shopping mall and chain eateries nearby.
The room was clean, comfortable and livable. The staff was courteous.

It looks good from outside but inside its not.

Pros: The look from outside.
Cons: The Washroom lights
Location: The location is very good, convenient and lot of shopping nearby and lot of places to eat good food as well.
The room washroom was leaking and you can easily see water leaking on the floor. The WiFi internet is very poor and you won't get a signal in the room. The washroom lights are censored and turn off really quick before we finish our shower even.

Parking not included

Parking is a ridiculous $20 per day, and sliding door locks automatically at night. There are movement sensors in rooms making it really uncomfortable to enjoy your privacy.

The motion sensors in your room are an energy savings measure that is mandated by the State of California. Any newly renovated or constructed hotel has to offer this type of energy savings measure. SOAP

Cons: Cheaper parking per day for hotel guests. $20 a day is ridiculous!
Overall, I had a decent stay. Would I stay again? Most likely. However, on more than one occasion my room was serviced and the attendant did not replace my shower soap bar. On one particular day, I had had enough of this and went down to the front desk to complain and try to get some soap. They had no soap and told me that room cleaning service would be by to drop it off....I ate dinner, and went back to my room to shower, only to discover no one had stopped by yet. I called and they apologized again....still waiting to shower....an hour later and NOTHING! Had to call again....C'mon!!! It's a bar of soap! Had to pay for parking, which I didn't like either...Parking prices for guests are HIGH!
