Lost Reservation, Or Not?

The Rep could not locate my reservation althould I had a confirmed email and #. I showed the email on my phone. Guests Could not control the heater or the television. The television is automatically set by the hotel to go into sleep mode and shut off every hour so you have to grab the remote (hoping you find In the dark ) to push volume or something to prevent shut off. The heater clicked every 30 minutes shutting off the heat. You could not regulate the blower or heat no matter what buttons you pushed. Another one of the hotels tactics to save energy as they have a note posted to this effect. They don't give you the wifi code @ check in and when you get to the room to call to ask what the code is, you can not understand the thick accent and they tell you to come back to the front desk to get the code. The beautiful wooden blinds are not made well and the slits between the blinds, although all the way closed, you can see into the room if you were perverted enough to do so. I called and had management bring a sheet and watched as he covered the window. It stayed up to the window the two days I was there . The 2nd day the key did not work after arriving back to the room at night. This is a pet peeve of mines! We reserve the room for two nights . You took the payment for two nights. Make sure the key works for two nights, not inconveniencing the guest to have to drop all bags, re-situate things just to go back to the front desk to have them reset the Key card.
