There was a rooftop event that had a DJ playing until 4am. My room vibrated from the loudness of the music. It was very disappointing to get no sleep with a 7hr drive home the next day. When I called the front desk nothing was done. The beds were very hard, no fan in the bathroom, AC faced the window so did not cool the room. Overall, would not recommend staying here.

We love this property, we have stayed multiple time here and it never disappoints.Great location close to shopping, pier, restaurants, and beach. Staff always friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean.

The rooms need a makeover. Bathroom was okay. Carpets walls and trim beat up and dirty. Lack staff it seems, those on property were friendly and helpful. The food took an hour from the market fpr chicken tenders... elevators were slow, the surrounding area hatbors lots of drig addicts. The nightly price was not worth it. Expedia was offering the hotel for a 3rd of the cost the night we left... that wouldve been accurate.

The property was excellent and an ideal location with harbour view. Staff was friendly, but would have been nice if they explain the resort features and complementary services, to the guest what they can benefit by paying the resort fee. Overall we had a great experience.

Our room was clean and well presented, but I paid more attention to staff. The 2 front desk attendants I dealt with were warm and personable, which I appreciate highly. My family and I will definitely book here again.
