Me encanta este hotel tiene excelentes instalaciones, su servicio de transporte incluye 2 millas a la redonda es de primera, los alimentos de su restaurante son de la mejor calidad, amo este lugar siempre regreso !!! Nos vemos pronto !!!

WORST HOTEL EVER
DONT STAY! OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH. Aircon never worked and we suffered from heat every single night. They said they fixed it but it was a lie. This hotel should be downgraded to 3 stars. They sent someone to check at midnight but nothing worked.

Todo fantástico. El personal es increíble y siempre con una sonrisa, desde recepción y botones al bar, la cafetería y el servicio de habitaciones. Volveremos sin duda. Lo malo, en la tintorería perdieron dos lazos de un vestido.

Perfecto! Elegante y cerca de Rodeo Drive. Tienen un coche para los huéspedes, te llevan sin costo a donde quieras. Las habitaciones son enormes y divinas y el servicio muy profesional y atento

El hotel esta increible, pero me parece q un hotel tan bueno debe de tener un restaurant o bar q cierre un poco mas tarde, todo esta cerrado a las 10, y el servicio del restaurante y bar denasiado lento!

Un gran hotel
Muy buena experiencia el hospedaje en L'Ermitage Beverly Hills, tiene amplias y cómodas habitaciones, cuenta con una remodelación importante, perfecto para ir en pareja, no es muy grande y eso lo hace mas íntimo zona.

Everything about the property exceeded expectations. Only complaint and not a big deal for us but perhaps for others was that the rooftop pool was under renovation. We were not made aware of that prior to booking. Perhaps why rates were attractive. Really a nice place, great staff and good location.

Beautiful facility with extremely friendly staff in fantastic location. Very comfortable beds and luxurious rooms. The restaurant staff sometimes get lost hanging out together, the drinks are extremely expensive for a very short pour, and the two rooms on the second and probably third floor on the front are too noisy (main entrance and outdoor dining area, we unfortunately stayed in one). You hear everyone checking in, out, etc.

I would say this is the best location to stay in Beverly Hills if you want a calm, peaceful time that is super close to all the glitz and glitter. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL- the feel of the hotel is super classy and the rooms are super spacious! The managers are AMAZING! I actually considered staying at Four Seasons but even their location is not as nice as this one and the vibe is different of course.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von einem äusserst zuvorkommenden Personal an der Rezeption herzlich empfangen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die aussergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Julia und dem gesamten Front Desk Team. Durch ihre aufmerksame Betreuung wurde unser Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Ein weiterer Grund zur Freude waren Sacha und Aldo, die uns nicht nur mit großartigen Dienstleistungen, sondern auch mit einem kostenfreien Fahrdienst begeisterten. Ihre Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hilfreiche Empfehlungen für Restaurants in Beverly Hills und Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch Jimmy vom Restaurant Team. Seine hilfreichen Tipps für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in L.A. waren äusserst nützlich, und seine Freundlichkeit hat einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Insgesamt sind wir äusserst zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im L'Ermitage und möchten dies unbedingt mit Ihnen teilen. Awesome stay at L’Ermitage!!! Everyone was super nice and the property was beautiful and very clean. It’s right in the middle of an upscale neighborhood in Beverly Hills so you might miss it, but very convenient to all BH has to offer. The best shopping and restaurants are all within your reach. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
