"Hotel Exceeded Expectations "
The location of the hotel was awesome, very clean. Size of the rooms seem to be a tad larger than the average 3.5 hotel. The outdoor scenery to the back of the hotel was Beautiful, decorated with a waterfall, a nice evening area, with a pool close by. The exercise equipment was up to date clean and intact. There were one or two hot tubs, a fire pit which is great considering it was cool at the time of our visit. The only negative was that more than once, we had trouble contacting staff for assistance. We even had to go downstairs just to get cervix. The staff personnel was polite, but stated that she was the only one on staff at the desk. My wife stated that disappear true because the phones are ringing like crazy when she came downstairs. I would definitely return, and highly recommend this hotel

"I'd recommend the hotel but not the lounge"
I choose the Andaz West Hollywood for its history & location on Sunset. The hotel from front end, valets & cleaning staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly & accommodating. Sadly our experience in The Riot House Bar was not the same. Simple Fail. We left & enjoyed the rest of our evening on Sunset. We stayed at the hotel for a week but never tried the restaurant based on what took place in the lounge. Sad that the experience in the Riot House has to reflect on the rest of the staff that worked so hard to make our stay 5*
