Room smells, fridge was unplugged for idk how long so when we got there our food almost spoiled. It we had to plug it and let it get cold, and it also had a bad smell in the fridge because idk when was the last time it was open. Called customer service to ask for another towel and pillow and the lady said I don't know if we have any left? Really? She never called back. dont stay here unless you really have to.

Laca poo poo!!!Dank, dark, and shady!!!

The experience was terrible, it was dirty the owner was very rude and unfriendly, on upside was the pretty lady at the counter she was sweet, organ that this is a dump I was very dissatisfied. The whole thing was shady. I got reservation online and when I got there they hit me up for a $50 deposit. Then the room was all busted up! Walls scuffed up in need of paint, air-conditioning work half way. Everything looked half way. It was wack!! new sign Same old Swiss motel.

Cons: desayuno
Location: cerca de la parte principal de la ciudad
Barato para pocos dias o de paso al estar en la ciudad, un poco retirado de la parte principal pero caminando hace s50min o pagar un uber de 4 dolares, desayuno algo austero pero hay desayuno.

Affordable, Not Cringeworthy

Inexpensive - especially for Pasadena, but not creepy or slimey. Had an issue with smoke detector needing a new battery, and staff was there instantly to fix.

Not fancy, but comfortable.

Needed a night from being on the road. Accidentally booked the wrong night but they were great and took care of it. The best thing was the comfort of the bed. The worst thing was that the smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and pleasant, with fridge and good wifi. Bed was quite comfortable.

RIP-OFF!

It was a roach motel, and I mean that literally. When we got there, my lady killed a bug in the bathroom in the first 5 minutes. (No refund policy here) As if that wasn't enough, there were dead bugs in the sheets! I can't obviously use expletives, but it was dirty as f@#%. Nastiest experience of our lives. It gets worse. We were in a sketchy area, and growing up in a tough neighborhood as a kid, where this motel was located reminded me of the worse parts of my upbringing. I have photos and video of the unsafe conditions, such as NOT having a battery in the smoke detector in our room, and I'm almost sure that's a compliance issue. I have learned a humbling lesson to just pay more for lodging wherever I go, because this place was only better when we got the freak out of there. Stay far away. (They can't even trust guests with the TV remote, it's checked out to you and you give it back with your card key)
