Thank you very much for taking the time to share this feedback with us. I am thrilled to note that you enjoyed your overall stay and the beautiful ambiance of our historic hotel. I do apologize, however, for any lapse in service which you experienced from our staff, and any noise you encountered near your room. Whether it is dispatching one of our security officers to help quell any guest noise, or accommodating you in a different, more suitable room, we always want to do our best to ensure your stay is comfortable, quiet and relaxing.
