Ok hotel but not worth the $

Posted Aug 22, 2015
Hotel is old on the outside. Has a modern redo but hardly a balcony. Funny smell in the halls. Portable air conditioner inside rooms. For the money I would say it is just ok.

great location

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Had a suite so nice to have the extra space and kitchenette
Cons: Would have been nice to supply some dishes, glasses in the room rather than requiring room service with a 10 charge. Also $40/ night parking was pricy
Very close to restaurants, shopping and the grocery store

Great staff and very comfortable rooms!

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: They go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable. The staff are genuinely kind people.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of
Location: Lots to do nearby. Great hotels on Sunset Blvd.
I have been to several hotels in LA while visiting and I have to say that this is the best hotel that I've ever stayed in. The staff is amazing. EXTREMELY professional and nice. You may go to nice hotels and some of the staff is nice but not all but at this place, everyone was a delight. When going to LA, this will be the hotel that I frequent from now on.

Not worth the time.

Posted Jul 26, 2015
Besides having a horrible trip to the hotel we arrived 2 hours after check in time. To our suprise our room still wasnt available yet. We got to the room, the fireplace didnt work and all the lights were on timers so you couldnt just turn them on and leave them on. Finally the sofa bed was more.comfortable then the actual bed. In addition to the $40 a day for parking and $240 and duct taped fire detectors...smh go some where else

The location is great, and the suite was very roomy. The restaurant was pleasant and offered good options. The rooftop pool has a great view of downtown.

Great spot for a quiet night in LA

Posted Jun 7, 2015
Cons: They need to rotate in some new bath towels. They are getting stiff and shot.
I stay at Le Montrose on most of my business trips to LA. Typically 1 -3 nights. It's convenient in West Hollywood, near where I typically work, and it's on a very nice quiet side street just off of Sunset. Great service all the time.
