IT IS A SUITE HOTEL NOT A REGULAR HOTELPosted Nov 13, 2015
Pros: HONESTLY IS NOT BAD BUT I DONT CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR VACATION AT ALL
Cons: I THINK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY VERY QUIET PLACE IT IS THE RIGHT PLACE
Location: TO DO AROUND ? NOTHING BY CAR NOT FAR FROM THE RIGHT PLACES
IF YOU ARE ON VACATION NOT THE RIGHT PLACE,THERE IS A SCHOOL AND A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND SILENT SIGNS ARE ALL OVER THE HOTEL, I BOUGHT THROUGH MYSTERY HOTEL ON EXPEDIA AND REQUESTED BEVERLY HILLS AND THIS IS WEST HOLLYWOOD, NEVER HEARD FROM THIS SUITE HOTEL BEFORE,NOTHING WALKING DISTANCE, 40 USD VALET PARKING PER DAY

Great location and excellent customer service.Posted Nov 3, 2015
The room was amazing. Had everything we needed and just enough room. Also, the customer service was beyond extraordinary. They brought us everything we needed with no hesitation and they were so nice about it. Would highly recommend to other people and the location was perfect.

I woke up the first night to ants crawling on mePosted Oct 26, 2015
I woke up the first night to ants crawling all over me. I turned on the light hoping it was a nightmare, only to find hundreds of ants crawling in my bed, the majority of them were focused on something behind and underneath the bed. I didn't care to investigate. The staff was very blaise about the whole thing, and even moved me to a new room that was much less nice than the original room was laid out. The attitude of the daytime front desk staff was wretched. And when out of sheer laziness & on my end I tried to extend my stay for two days, they not only repeatedly authorized my card for multiple nights, but did so when I had actually given them cash for the two nights, but their employee didn't actually log or deposit it, causing an argument this morning with myself and their horrid and condescending manager Ana. Only after I insisted I was going to call the police if she didn't watch their security footage and determine what happened to the $600 did she agree to do so. After waiting an hour while she reluctantly investigated, she returned to apologize, but her apology came alongside a lecture about how I needed to be more pleasant when being woken up by the staff calling early to accuse me of lying about the payment issues. I told her to shove it and promptly booked a room at the W. Currently, the hotel still shows that I owe them $600 because no one can get ahold of their sticky fingered employee. If they end up charging me I am filing a police report.

Nice hotel. Spacious rooms.Posted Sep 30, 2015
We enjoyed our stay very much. The only things I didn't like were that the room smelled like smoke a bit, not bad though, and you have to valet park. They don't have self parking and we paid 80.00 for overnight parking (two cars).

Good location and nice hotel but way over priced.Posted Sep 29, 2015
Pros: Comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel is old, and needs some serious upgrades. For the price I paid I expected much better.
I've stayed in hotels in the area and I was not impressed. The only good thing about the room was the very comfortable beds, other then that, the rooms seem very outdated for a hotel trying to advertise as a boutique or fancy hotel, the bathroom counter tops were hideous and cheap. The room was dusty throughout which I am allergic too so didn't help my allergies. The robes felt like hard towels, and were not comfortable at all. Theres an ice bucket in the room, but no ice machine... we called twice, the first time no one ever showed up, the second time we called two more times to double check on it someone bringing it up for us and it took 30 minutes and the guy gave me attitude like I inconvenienced him. The rooftop Pool was pretty nice and had a nice view. We had a crappy view of the skyline of download from afar but mostly tops of old dirty buildings. Front desk was nice and even upgraded our stay but wasn't impressed by the upgrade at all. It's the same room as the picture when I ordered it. They have a kitchenette if you want to make food and coffee but didn't use it. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my stay for the price I paid I expectd much higher standards. Even the Chamberlain nearby was nicer than this place. I should of paid the difference and stayed there. Lesson learned. The hotel itself was also very hot and muggy and smelled awful in the hallways.
