Great location.

Live music in the bar area was nice. Enjoyed the stay. Felt gouged on the 10.66 price for a bottle of water in the room. Should be sold with a red flashing warning sign at that price point.

Hotel is lovely but the staff are superior

From the minute I got out Out of my car Diamond in reservations was so accommodating and friendly then Greg the bellman Michael the concierge to Fernando the doorman I couldn't believe how they all made it their job to make our stay superior. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay in Santa Monica. Just two weeks ago and in the past we have been staying at the Fairmont Bungalows across the street and no more - the rugs in our bungalow are dirty and the patio furniture is always filthy. We will be staying at Loews from now on - they truly know what customer service is all about. I give them the highest rating possible plus plus.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, décor, bathroom mirrors were really cool
Cons: Ice machine far away, no door to bathroom, water closet door was heavy to close, workers outside balcony 2 feet away 3 days, ruined the use of balcony
Location: Good location, pier, restaurants, shopping, beach
Beautiful hotel, great view after dark , staff was friendly, couple small things could be improved, great location, would return. I would have rated it a 5 but there were roofing? contractors there all 3 days we were there just 1 or 2 feet below our step out balcony. Couldn't really open the sliding glass doors or use the balcony at all during the day. Kind of disappointing after paying a premium for an ocean view. Couldn't find any vending

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel is right by the beach. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was beautiful with a great view and nice balcony. It is close to all the fun things to do in Santa Monica. We will definitely stay there adain.

Nice room but view not what I thought I was gettin

I feel we just got stuck in a room cause the hotel was full. Handicapped , hearing impaired and no ocean view. Staff don't seem to care that they put me in the wrong room.

I enjoyed my stay. But when I check out my bill was almost $50 more then what I had booked it for on the Expedia website. Which I wasn't happy about.

Nosy staff unfelpful clogged toilet no help

This use to be a great place to stay. It isn't any longer! Better places to stay and less money!
