Hotel is extremely convenient for my business activity. Close to the airport and restaurants and close by for dining. Have stayed there often on my trips to Long Beach. Always have been completely satisfied.

Located next to the LB airport and 405 freeway so access is easy. Great price value for the excellent service and amenities.

Very convienant if you need to be close to the airport, all areas above average. Would be nice to have free Wi-Fi for that price.

disorganized and chaiotic check in

Pros: in door pool
Cons: managers need course in customer service , had the plastic stare and I'm sorry but not responsive to fact that we had not gotten room after two hours
Location: stayed there was only hotel with rooms on new years eve close enough to Queen Mary
not enought staff to get hotel rooms ready poor planning since it was New Years eve. Took 2 hours after check in to get our rooms. No one stayed on top of getting it done " as they told us they would" When I called to see if room was ready they were clueless and told me they would put a rush on it. Thats what we were told two hours before. at this point we were not in a room we were late to be able to get ready for the evening. No one offered anything to help or make us feel better about having to wait two hours for our rooms.

Thank you for your comments. We apologize for the wait you experienced on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, we had numerous guests that checked-out late due to flight delays or for other reasons which "backed-up" our staff.

We stayed here because I was having surgery in a nearby hospital and wanted a safe, clean hotel for my wife to stay at alone.
