Not what I booked

Not what I booked. I booked one king room and one double room. They gave me 2 king rooms and I was unaware of a deposit charge for both rooms. Ended up paying a thousand bucks for 2 nights and 2 rooms. Never again. I'm getting very disappointed in marriot. Every other hotel gives free wifi regardless if yours member. Rediculous

Hotel near airport

The hotel is located close to Long Beach airport which is good. The hotel WiFi system and general location for cellphones (at least when on AT&T) are both terrible Business meetings and conferences are not recommendable due to these problems which is unfortunate.

Thank you for your review and comments. We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. There are occasions when the Verizon signal overpowers the AT & T signal in Long Beach. Verizon has a relay tower nearby.

Nice hotel - wonderful staff

Pros: Great staff
Cons: Air con was a bit cold in the hallways
Close to airport - nice bar and breakfast was a reasonable price.

Nice hotel, in the center of the Los Angeles Area

Pros: Location, and staff was great. Room was extremely comfortable.
Cons: Increase temperature of the indoor pool. Install a hot tub / Jacuzzi either by the indoor pool or outside.
Location: 15 minutes from the harbor so you can take the Catalina express to Catalina Island. 20 minutes from Disneyland Park, 30 minutes from downtown LA.
Great Hotel, food can be pricey. Indoor pool was a little colder than advertised. The outside doors to it was always left open for some reason. I just closed it myself. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was kept clean. Staff was outstanding. Location of the hotel was across from Long Beach Airport get but you did not hear the jets inside the room. The airport is not as busy so it wasn't constant. We were able to get to our destinations both north & south of the hotel in very reasonable time.
