Hotels was nice and clean. Didn't like the fact that the ice machine was in the opposite end of my room. Breakfast was warm and good and the girl that was working there was very friendly, helpful and nice. Overall I would recommend to friends.

Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Great location next to Burbank (Bob Hope) Airport.

Nice hotel. It was close to the Burbank Airport

Pros: The people were friendly and helpful and spoke English. I liked the bar inside the restaurant and the one off the lobby.
Cons: Add Refrigerators to each room, offer free Wi-Fi, get the TV digital stations to work and get the same distributor for each bar.
Location: It's in Burbank so it is close to Hollywood and Universal. It was no problem getting around with Uber.
The hotel is pleasant and is close to the Burbank airport but a few things were upsetting to me. There was no refrigerator in the room and then they were going to charge me $8 per day to get one if they had one available. They did have one and they didn't charge me probably due to me complaining. The Wi-Fi was $6 per day and didn't work well. Again I complained and they didn't charge me but I kept having to log into the 'apply charges'. The TV digital stations didn't work at all. Only the Analog stations worked. The 2 bars had separate distributors so you couldn't get the same alcohol if you went to the restaurant bar. So odd since they were in the same hotel. The food was way overpriced especially for breakfast. And there were very few Gluten Free options.

I had a great 4 day 3 night stay. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. I even ordered room service one night and the food got to my room on the 6 floor 10 minutes earlier than the suggested time!

Burbank Turnaround!

Pros: I loved being able to get dessert and drinks throughout the night - it never shut down!
Cons: Nothing
Location: Great restaurants, freeways, and the airport
Great hotel that is close to the airport and centrally located in the city. I was able to get to Studio City for dinner and wine bar as well as drive the freeways to my meetings the next day. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was glad I chose to stay here; I will come back again. Oh, the fitness center rocked. Great facilities with lots of weights and cardio machines, too.

This was not the room, I was sold at expedia.com

At expedia the room has one Queen Bed and two Double beds. It is spacious and has a fridge. This room had one King Bed and when I asked for the discrepancy: The Clerk politely apologized and made me swallow the False Advertising. Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Near the Airport - not a problem

Pros: Convenience to all points of interest. Burbank airport was small and not so hectic as LAX can be.
Cons: Warmer pool!
Location: Universal Studios, Quick access to I5
I was a bit worried that the hotel was too near the airport and we'd be kept awake by the noise of jet engines. No problem. Even though our north/northwest window faced towards the airport there were no noise issues. Access to the rental car area at the airport was easy - within a short walk. Courtesy shuttle between the airport and the hotel was a great surprise ... and we learned about it from a very nice taxi man. We came for Universal Studios and the hotels shuttle worked really well for that. All staff were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Food and Service as the Daily Grill was great - watch the portions, though. You can easily share almost every meal.

Great location and staff

Staff offered several extras, including free breakfast and they removed wifi charge. Very helpful. The only negative was bathroom lighting - it was difficult to put on makeup.
