Hotel great. Expedia stole our point

We are Marriot members, but booked though Expedia and as such did not get Marriot credit / points. A bit disappointed in that fine print rule.

Nice Hotel....But

Pros: The decor and hotel staff
Cons: Gift shop customer service and room cleanliness
On the surface, the hotel provides a beautiful setting. The decor is high class. The concierge and the hotel receptionist were warm and friendly. The gift shop cashier on the other hand must have been having a bad day. She didn't greet us upon entering as we were the only guest in the shop at the time. When asked a question, she gave the impression she was rude and we were bothering her. Because of that, we wouldn't spend a dime in there. We also found the bedroom's head board to be filthy with grease and lent. Hopefully, you would have a better experience.

Expensive but worth it, especially during an event

Was at a huge convention. Staff were always cheery and helpful. Always willing to bring stuff to my room when I just collapsed at the end of the day. Good noise control for a really full hotel.

Parking nightmare

I have never had to park so far away from a hotel and pay for it! Frustrating situation and hotel staff seemed oblivious to it all. Not what I expected from a Marriott hotel- very disappointed.

Nice staff

Cons: Carpet is old
Location: Right next to the airport. Not much to do nearby though.
Room is clean and comfortable, carpet is a bit old. Overall stay is pleasant.

hotel staff all very nice and accommodating, especially Jeanette Diaz and Craig, the valet. will stay here again, and would highly recommend

Convenient to Hollywood studios

Pros: Location
Cons: Renovate to look like 4.5 star, it's more looking like 3star
Location: Warner bros studio, universal studio, observatory, Burbank airport near by
I would rather stay @ 2 star with better facilities

Great rest after a long drive

Location: It's next door to Bob Hope (Burbank) Airport, but I didn't hear the planes.
We had a large suite with enough room for two adults and two children in the same room. They had plenty of bedding for the children. My wife loved the bed.

I forgot my wallet in the room, and after checkout, i went back and was able to retrieve it. Honest, capable staff.
