In the city center, Miyako Hotel Los Angeles is in Los Angeles's Little Tokyo neighborhood, a walkable area with good shopping. Walt Disney Concert Hall and Microsoft Theater are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Melrose Avenue and Grand Central Market. Paramount Studios and Los Angeles Zoo are not to be missed. Our guests love the hotel's quiet location.
The breakfast that cost $12 when reserving was misleading as it did not say that it was continental style The buffet cost $11more for a total of $23, quite expensive as I could go to the grocery store nearby and get 4 big sushi rolls for less.
The hotel is great and the staff from the front reception to valet are very kind. I left my car even after my check in so we could explore little Tokyo. The process was seamless and I would definitely come back here for my next trip to LA.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice enough, but the main problem was there was no internet for over three days. This was very disruptive to my stay as I was there for business and unable to access the internet for over half of my trip. The staff kept saying it should be back up very soon and did not provide any kind of discount or other offering to account for the fact that this was a large inconvenience.
