the door is locked after 9 pm. it is unusual for a hotel even in dangerous area. The parking space is off site.

Stay here quite often for business. Usually 3 nights stays. Staff is always friendly, professional & efficient. Hotel/grounds always clean, nice & quiet. Parking’s close. Always enjoy my stay here.

The property was clean and very quiet. Worth staying just for the bathroom. There's a huge bathtub that's perfect for bubble baths, a waterfall shower, and a detachable shower head with high pressure which is great if you have to wash long hair. Beds are soft and comfortable.

Overpriced hotel. No complementary coffee, no microwave for a 4star? The room is old and simple. This hotel is a 3 star. Not bad but way too overpriced.

Liked the Japanese theme of the hotel. The bathroom was excellent and I loved the bidet. Only stayed 1 night but would like to stay again to try the restaurant and spa services. It was cleaner than most hotels, but there was a layer of dust behind the bed headboard.
