Great vib, location, décor, but 4-star experience.Posted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Location, atmosphere, retro Hollywood decor
Cons: The double rooms need dressers and queen beds, not doubles.
Location: Location is very good. On a busy street so if your room is facing Pico you will hear street noise.
The hotel is very cool and the valet parking service is very good. You can hear a lot of street noise but it’s the city. We expected 5-star experience and it was 4-star experience at 5-star prices. The service needs improvement. When I stay at a hotel like the Ritz C., and ask for a drink, they get me a. A couple of time we ordered drinks and waiter said this bar is closed and we had to walk over to another bar and get our drinks. We called for the car service at 9:40 and the hotel told us that the car service stops at 10. It was 9:40! There was no refrigerator in the room so they brought us a refrigerator and it was damaged on the outside and did not work. There was not a dresser in the room. That was difficult. Some of the sheets had holes in them. Never seen that before.

Fake VIP partnerPosted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: Nothing was impressive
Cons: Renovating bathrooms is necessary. Decreasing parking fee.
Location: It is not too far to popular places but it is not close to anywhere.
I chose this hotel because of being VIP partner. I paid high parking fee. No room upgrade. No free ammenity. All extras ex coffee are expensive. It is not too far to popular places but it is not close to anywhere.

Modern luxury Hotel in Beverly HillsPosted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, service, decor.
Cons: The rooms are comfortable, nice decor and good view but the closet are a bit small.
Location: Is in the south of Beverly Hills 10 minuts walking to Rodeo Drive and Wilshire, shops and restaurants.
Despite we couldn't get connected rooms with our kids our family experience was great at the MrC.

Pros: The ambiance is very relaxed and staff are very good, and I love the location,
Cons: If you have a choice get a room facing Beverley hills
Location: Nice quiet location but close to all that is worth seeing and doing If you can got to Bazaar at the SLS, it's amazing !!
Very good hotel, welcoming staff and lovely welcome signature cocktail. Great pool area, a place to relax in the middle of Beverley Hills. Close to Rodeo drive and some excellent restaurents. Would stay here again when in LA

残念・・・Posted Jul 9, 2015
Location: LAX空港とはバスなら２ドルで行き来できる。昔、香港でタクシーに嫌な思いをして成る可くタクシーを使わない主義の我々には良かった。 サンタモニカにも近くバスなら片道１ドルで行けるのは良い。

Does not live up to 5 starPosted Jun 27, 2015
This is a nice hotel. But the difference between 4 star and 5 star is the exceptional level of service. This hotel does not raise the level of service beyond your expectations. At $900 a room, you deserve to get the "everything is possible" attitude that truly great hotels provide. Lots of little things are less than perfect. I had a small incident and the door was open for them to step up and make me overly happy. Sadly they didn't. Or the staff is not empowered. Truly great hotels get this. I was recently at the Westin and when they found out we had a small misunderstanding, they immediately overcompensated, sent up champagne and a heavenly bed for my dog! You do get a free Bellini when you arrive...
