I like this hotel because of its location. Some rooms look more worn than others & even though it's non-smoking that smell never goes away. I had trouble with the elevator twice. I was on 3d floor & wanted to go to 1st loor/ground level but elevator never showed so I took my walker & gingerly made it down to the 2d floor very slowly. Voila, elevator on 2d floor took me to 1st floor. Going down stairs with a walker isn't something I'd wish on anybody.

Surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay! Quiet and comfortable! Nightlight in bathroom came in handy as did the hairdryer attached to wall. Turn down service was a nice thing to see when we came back from a long day! I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was a first since (after Covid). Great location! Will stay here again. Price exceptional for the area! A very good bargain.

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Couldve used a couple more towels but other than that it was great!

Thank for your comment and review. Although calling the hotel direct might give you better pricing. Third party reservation have discounted rates too. Sometimes lower than calling the hotel direct.

Place needs to be updated, it’s old. Bathroom has mold and there were two cockroaches in the tub

As far as i know we don't have roach in the hotel, but we're having pest control company to take check the room just in case. Thank you again.

The shower head was a little wonky, bed wasn’t as comfortable per my preference. Walls were thin so I can hear conversations from above and side of me. Overall, it wasn’t near perfect but it was still ideal. Place is clean. Room is a good size. I would stay again if I needed to for the price and location.

Nice clean spot for the night on business. Hot tub is hot (and the front desk guy was cool enough to go out in the rain to unlock the pool gate (I guess they figured nobody was going to use it in the rain)). Beds are comfy enough. Pillows are great. TV works. Breakfast starts at 6, so that's a bit late for us early risers/movers, but that's a me problem. Loads of eating options in easy walking distance, including a Starbucks right across the street. I'll likely stay here again (<1 mile from my office).

Staff all are welcoming, polite, helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Elevator, hallways, staircases and parking lot are very clean. Parking lot is well lit. Location is great!! Close to freeway, shopping and lots of dining options which are all in walking distance. Definitely would recommend to others.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Nothing fancy but just fine for what we needed and priced as we needed. The beds were generally comfortable, the room was clean. Yes, its decor is dated and there is wear/tear on some things like baseboards and the bathtub drain (scratches etc) & dated curtains and furniture but everything was in working order. Refrig, dresser, tv w/ cable, separate vanity/sink from toilet/bath. All good. Outlets for device charging. Room 212, two queen beds, given additional towels when requested and also maid service when we hung sign out. Generally quiet and convenient to many restaurants and services if needed.
