Sabrina & Tim were the best employees ever. Made sure every commodification was met and went and above and beyond for my stay! I would recommend them to be promoted to vacation planners because they did the BEST!

This hotel is fine for a stay in LA. I would stay there again. There was not enough light in the room. The valet did not answer the phone when I called to bring our car around. We couldn’t find the glasses as they were hidden under the TV.
Their computer system was down and also the rooms weren’t updated for the price I was paying and very outdated

From the moment you arrive, you are treated with courtesy and care. Love the quiet, old school, East Coast feel of the place — right in the middle of DTLA (downtown LA). Across the street from the Broad, the Disney Concert Hall, and the Music Center and right next to the Museum of Contemporary Art — fabulous location!

I truly can say that our experience with Omni Hotel from the greeting at the door by the Bellmen.
The associates at the front desk were great wonderful personalities Sabrina Sicre one of the first associates that I had contact with by phone was outstanding her guidance helped me so much so patient and very kind. When I actually got to meet her
I knew it was her just by the way she treated me,then
there was Tim Prater he told us of some great places to eat and visit during our stay.
When calling for things we needed Prime Hendrix took care of any request without hesitation these workers are an asset to the Hotel.
Thank you so much all of you.
The grounds are beautiful the terrace soo nice we spent time out there with the fire pit on.
I would recommend anyone to stay there
The shuttle service excellent our driver Robin oh he knows downtown dropped us off and picked us up several times it’s the best we loved not driving.

Nice property, friendly staff. Area around the hotel had a fun dining area, but at night it did feel a bit unsafe.
Also quite a bit of condensation happened on the inside of the window. Enough to drip onto carpet and make it very wet.
Property is beautifully maintained and thw entire staff provides stellar service. This property is perfectly located amd easy to navigate getting around.

I love how courteous the ladies are at the check in desk, also how attentive the valet staff is.
We went to NOE restaurant and the host was amazing. Overall great experience. Check out was great as well. I signed up for the rewards program.
Was told I was going to get a free dinner. They told me I was going to get the dinner cost refunded during my checkout. I had to start driving back home, was told they’d contact me when issue was resolved. I was still charged, nobody contacted me back regarding the refund.
Me and my wife love the Omni. It’s always great service there from valet to housekeeping. Plus we love the grand central market is only minutes walking. Definitely 5 stars in every aspect!

Car got broken into on the same street parking, bathroom was nasty tub had someone’s blood still in it, fridge was leaking water, and old dirty cleaning rags left on bathroom floor. I left early.

It sounds like a very frustrating experience, which does not meet our standards of providing our guests with a home away from home. Please rest assure that our team will look into the issues you encountered, and address them accordingly. Since we are not able to patrol the streets, we suggest that our guests park their vehicles on property with us. Again, this is not the typical service we are known for. We hope to have another opportunity in the future to provide you with a more memorable experience.
The Cafe left a lot to be desired. Very poor service it food was good. At breakfast we had to go get coffee pot and serve ourselves after waiting 15 mins - asked for water 3 x over 45 minutes and left with never getting it.
Hotel and room were beautiful. I didn’t like however that there was no fan in the restroom, nothing terrible. You have to park your vehicle at the parking garage next door and elevator is connected to the hotel. Paid $45 for each day. Valet is available with hotel for $55 I believe. Restaurant was gorgeous but we were told outside seating has been closed for a few weeks which was a bummer since we had great weather during our stay. Food was delicious and had live pianist singing for entertainment. Food was pricey but I’d say worth it. Shrimp Ceviche was $20 but came with a lot of full shrimp. Highly recommend the banana pudding crème brûlée. Every employee we spoke too was very nice and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again.
My girls and I came to LA and the Omni was very welcoming and convenient location! Staff was very attentive and the room was clean! I would stay at the Omni again

Close to Grand Central market which is a plus. Saff were friendly.
Bathroom was filthy. Bathtub had not been cleaned as evidenced by hair and dirt in the tub. Water also drained slow from the bathroom so you will take a shower in a puddle of water.
In all of my families travel this would rank in the top 5. This hotel is just incredible from the first step into the hotel to the last. Would highly recommend. It’s totally worth the money.
