Its a very solid place. Staff are usually very helpful and their are multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants that are walkable. I always try and stay here if I am in the area!

Good location but close enough to freeway to hear the traffic. Not enough light especially around the sink. Breakfast was actually on the low end compared to hotels of similar price. Towels were thin and of low average quality

This is a great hotel with good breakfast and wonderful pool and grounds - only complaint was the air conditioner which we ran all night - it was extremely loud and unpleasant making it hard to sleep - suggest you check the air conditioner in your room before staying in it

The room was excellent and the air conditioning unit was quiet. Hoping the buffet breaskfast improves once you open the new restaurant.

My room was horrible. There was a gab in the door frame & the AC/Heater wasn’t installed properly so there was a lot of cold air coming into the room at night. The heater wasn’t working properly so I didn’t sleep well at night because it was cold. When the heater randomly came on it was so loud-I couldn’t sleep. The refrigerator & microwave (even though I never used it) made loud noises as well. The sink was dripping water into the counter in the bathroom so water got all over my stuff. Almost ruined my blowdryer. The room was not insulated very well-I could hear everything that walked by or above me. Also I could smell the pizza my neighbors were eating. The rooms around me were the “amenities “ beauty salon, barber, esthetician, etc. thank god they didn’t have clients or else it would have been VERY loud and inconvenient The bathroom door would slam into the bathroom counter if left open. I stayed in room 155 for reference. I would NEVER stay here again or suggest it. The appearance is cute-but that’s it.

It was so noisy the traffic from hwy 101, so I could not sleep all night. Then when I tried to call front desk during night, no phone number was available from room phone even they say 24 hours front desk. So I packed and asked front to change room at 6:00am in the morning. The front desk told me that if they change my room facing courtyard, it will be additional $40! I hope Expedia will take care of this.

Such a great find. We always stay here when traveling to the LA area. The grounds are beautiful and the facilities very nice. Shares a parking lot with a little shopping center with gas, grocery and some eateries. Across the street is a bigger shop center, with more restaurants and Starbucks. No problem parking and very quiet and comfortable.

The staff was fantastic, very welcoming and accommodating. The ambiance of the courtyard was beautiful. My room was on the side of thre freeway behind the fence so it was a bit noisy, but actually it was mostly like white noise which helps me sleep. I felt safe and comfortable as could be. Definitely would return if I'm in the area again.

Very clean, adorable property. The pool and hit tub looked amazing but we didn’t use because it was raining. If I am ever in TO again, I would definitely stay there again!!!

We were on the side facing the freeway so had some noise to deal with and felt like the bed was a little firmer than we like, but, overall, the property is cute and a nice change from the chain properties out there. It was really clean and conveniently located.

The hotel and property was clean and great. Clean and comfy rooms. You can hear a lot of noise through the walls. Especially crying kids but that was a parenting problem not the hotel.

Checkin was easy and staff very nice. I’m not staying under the best circumstances sadly. There is a nice grocery store and restaurants nearby and gas stations have the hotel is quite nice.
