Two room suite without the basics like two tvs

Grounds are very run down, sidewalks filthy and need power washing, many rooms you walk past have plastic taped in windows (turns out they have serious mold problems). Room had nice couch and chair that looked new, but all the wood trim and door were badly in need of a paint job showing age, chipped, and dirty. There was only a tv in living room that didn't fit the space so there was a gaping hole beneath it, no tv in bedroom but the furniture and wall showed at one time there was. Bathroom - shower had mold and the tub looked ancient and had at one time been painted but poorly done, mirror was damaged. Just everything looked very run down.

Hotel um pouco antigo com instalações antigas. O quarto muito espaçoso, porém o caroete me pareceu bem velho e um pouco sujo. Apenas algumas toalhas no banheiro, sem toalhas extras. Mas no geral da para ficar tranquilamente. A equipe da recepção muito simpática e receptiva.

Old and run down

Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Needs major TLC
Location: Close to freeway
These are mini suites with a separate bedroom/living area. There is only 1 tv in living area, but bedroom looks like supposed (plug & cable jack in middle of wall above furniture) to have one but when I called they said all rooms only have one tv. Many of the rooms you walk by have plastic covering windows, all the sidewalks are very dirty and look like they haven't been power washed in years. Bathroom tub gross with signs of mold and tubs look like they have bad paint job, mirror edges all the way around are missing, curtains are all too long and dragging on floor, all the painted doors and frames are severely chipped. Overall, very rundown property.

Good location, but terrible service. Don't know if it's because we went through Expedia to booked. Room was noisy and toiletries where missing. Male front desk staff not to helpful. Breakfast was good and service personnel more helpful than Lobby people. if they can just do a better, our stay and experience would have been better. This is a 2 star service.

Worst hotel we've stayed at!

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are outdated and the furniture is old. There is no such thing as housekeeping at this hotel. We stayed a few nights and the only thing they did was replace the towels at our request when we asked why the garbage wasn't thrown out or the beds made they informed us that wasn't part of the service they provided. After a discussion with housekeeping staff nothing was resolved and they left. This was the first and last time we will be staying here.

Bugs. Bugs. Bugs.

While the front desk clerk was friendly and worked Hard to make it work we ultimately walked out after finding cochroaches in the bed in the first room and the electricity was out in the second. This was especially difficult as we had been evacuated from our home due to wildfires and couldn't find any available rooms in the area.

General information

Pros: The atrium, with all the plants was very inviting. The swimming pool was cleaned every day.
Cons: The carpet in the "kitchen" area was stained.
Location: The location was acceptable. Can't say about things to do nearby because we were there to visit family.
The staff was ready to help and always with a smile on their face. At registration we were told that they needed a $50.00 deposit for each room (we had reserved two rooms). We didn't know about this so it was a real surprise. And luckily we had the $50.00 ($100) otherwise we don't know what would've happened. Maybe this deposit rule was included with the rest of the hotel information???? But, if that is the case, it should be where it is visible for everybody to read.

Für Durchreise ausreichend und Frühstück OK. Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal renoviert werden.
