The place was awesome!!!! From the outside it looks iffy but the rooms are spacious the have living room and they are separated from the actual room which is amazing. The room Has a contemporary design which looks amazing and breakfast was great. The outdoor pool was great too they had towels outside waiting for you so we didn't have to use our personal room towels and it's very kid friendly. Just one thing the elevator doors are kinda scary the close pretty fast I almost got stuck on one of them and it's the elevator that is right by the breakfast room

The couch were ripped and the room was dirty the pool was really dirty and the lobby had a lot of trash and leaves

Pictures are misleading

1 towel in the room, no tv in bedroom. Had to call front desk for more towels and it took forever to get them. The hotel is very outdated, the pictures look way more upscale than this place is. There was graffiti in the elevator that is run down, sketchy people hanging around and cops on the premises quite a bit. Didn't feel real safe or comfortable

Horrible hotel and housekeeping. Coming back to the area next month but not to this hotel. Filthy, hole in wall where tv used to be at one time. Sliding door was broken, toilet paper was never replaced, towels were shorted. Mattress was supposed to adjust, it was either hard as plywood or deflated like an air mattress leaving a dip in the middle. The only good thing was the free breakfast. Spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else.

You get what you pay for!

Pros: They have a pool, Close to Freeway
Cons: General Manager attention or support from Raddison
One of their staff I was dealing with was clueless, the place is run down, needs lots of TLC, dust everywhere, outdoor hot tub was not working, living room is missing a TV, has the stand behind it but no TV! Door lock was faulty, didn't work when we were going home late was stuck outside for 45 mins. (was not the key, we had a total of 6 different keys to try) No security staff, kids drinking and smoking pot in the pool area at night.

Decent but need work

Pros: Convenience, just right off major freeway. Spaciousness.
Cons: Definitely the bedding, especially sofa bed, it seems been using since last century. A replacement is a MUST.
Location: Convenience located outside of downtown LA and near Ontario airport. Lot of restaurants nearby but no major attractions.
Room is very spacious since it's a suite. Decors are old and out of style. A lot of patching in room. Furniture are worn out and out of shape. The bed is sagging especially the sofa bed. It feels like sliding. Ceiling has water spot or mold. Water pressure is weak. Breakfast is ok but the same everyday. After two days, you don't feel like it anymore. They should at least change it every other day. If you have a chance, stay away unless you don't have a choice like I did. It just doesn't feel like 3 stars.

OK - if you like smoke

There were people smoking IN THE ELEVATOR!! The only way to our room - unless you want to walk all the way from one end of the hotel to our room, in the middle. I DID like the room & staff. If you don't mind smoke - or do smoke - go for it!!!!

Nice hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights, good size swimming pool, the room had living room, enough space for a table to eat. Only 2 things that I didn't like were they didn't have rooms ready at check in time and the bathroom tub didn't have a curtain so all the water would come out and floor was really wet. But overall good hotel

Hotellet var stort. Bra pool. Frukosten var stor och fanns mycket. Lite mera salt så smakade det ännu bättre med äggröran.
