Continental Breakfast, fountain drinks in the lobby through out the day, coffee and tea, daily house keeping, two bottles of water in the room as a welcoming gift, wifi, and then some. Our location is very popular we new and repeating guests, we always recommend booking in advance to secure a lower rate, last minute reservations always have the potential to be at a higher end based on the demand of the location and the area in general. Sorry you felt a little unsafe, I have been the manager here for the past 7 years and its very important for us to create and maintain a good, healthy and safe environment for our guests as well as employees. We have cameras throughout our location in all common areas that are monitored, we also do security checks and noise control as we have a zero tolerance for excessive noise, if it within our control we will address it right away. Our parking lighting has been recently upgraded to LEDs so everything is well lit for everyone's safety.We have a long list of guests who stay with us because they know the location and have stayed here before and know that is very safe and quiet location especially in the later parts of the night. We hope you will visit us again and we can always accommodate a room in a well lit area close to the lobby for your convenience.

Sorry we did not meet your expectations this time, it appears you had your reservations even before looking at the room, we are known for a lot of things but not for having bugs in our facility, not to say that there can't be but we do not have a common problem as our rooms get serviced regularly by our pest control and our in house maintenance crew.We are under a renovation interior/exterior and we are working to change our furniture, what can make this very challenging is how busy we are as we get lots of traffic here and almost year round is our busy season not just during summer. Coordinating the upgrade very soon.Our staff is very resourceful and in most cased we can accommodate most guests request, we always ready and happy to help. Glad we were able to get a 1nt refund but unfortunately we did have to charge a 1 nt penalty.We are sorry about your experience and want to point out this is far from a normal experience our guest from around the world have when staying with us. Estamos un poco cerca de unos de los mejores hospitales de California Providence St Joseph hospital para ser exacto, no siempre se escuchan las sirenas pero es un trabajo muy crítico y necesario y les tenemos mucho respeto a los que lo asen.Siendo el manager del hotel por los últimos 7 anos, es imperativo para nosotros crear y mantener una locación muy segura para todos, tenemos cámaras en todas las áreas comunes, para ser proactivos asemos chequeos de seguridad y nos aseguramos que nadie este asiendo ruido excesivo, cuando alguien viola nuestras pólizas, nuestro equipo le pide que se valla y jamás los dejamos regresar, gracias a Dios tenemos por la mayor parte una buena calidad de huéspedes.En línea tenemos muchas fotos, unas de nosotros y otras de gente que nos ha visitado anteriormente para referencia y más que nada manejar sus expectativas.
