front office disappointed

when i just arrived the hotel reception , no one staff on there, only one board mentioned ' sorry will be back something', when staff back to reception, made my registration(check in ) , never smile, and when i say thank you to him twice, never reply 'you are welcome' to me. i was studied hotel management major at Switzerland 14years ago for my bachelor . i definitely understand what is HOSPITALITY means, and as a hotelier be polite is a basic basic basic requirement. thank you , i will still trust expedia service, and never back to this hotel for staying . this is not complaint, just give a reminder for them making better.
