Good to stay at reasonable price

Location: Carl's Jr is being rebuilt and will be ready soon.
Reasonable accommodation with good breakfast. Internet did not work well for our two day stay.

Location: Good location. Close to main road and highways. Close to restaurants and cafe.
Clean room, great gym and pool. Breakfast is delicious which is included.

It's a steal for the price!

Pros: Very fair price with lots to offer. I am not here for being "like home", it does what I need for the trip.
Cons: I only stay a weekend, I can't tell.
Location: We stopped by SpeedZone nearby that's my 4-year old's highlight of the day.
Room is clean, with microwave and refrigerator, not crowded.

Terrible

Bedsheet were stained, whole room smelled like wet carpet, bathroom smelled also, no water stopper in sink.. torn sofa..in all terrible..

Location convenient to our daily commute.

Pros: Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Relatively quiet; floor boards creeked!
Cons: Definetly, Housekeeping and front desk staff need to know how to deal with guests on a more caring and professional level.
My biggest complaint is about check-out day. Housekeeping personnel showed up 3 different times within a 2 1/2-hour period wanting to service the room. We knew that check-out time was 12pm. Why did they not know this? The third time that housekeeping came to the door it was 11:30 am with a "supervisor" to deactivate the lock. Who does that?!! We still had 30 minutes before check-out time expired. What gave these women the right to make us feel rushed?? Do they treat all guests this way. It was as though they wanted to get in and out so they could go home early for the day. When a complaint was made at the front desk, we were told that a special needs child was running through the halls knocking on doors. Are you kidding me?!! Perhaps there was a language barrier; I'm just saying. Or, perhaps a case of not caring.

Exceeding expectations

Pros: The front desk person, Alex. Break fast was really good, the staff was attentive and kept supplying stock, and the breakfast area was clean.
Cons: The room could probably use some decorative updating, but it was extremely clean - which is more important.
Location: We were visiting friends
We really didn't expect much... we don't typically spend too much on hotels - at the most $150/night. So we stay at the Hampton Inn most of the time. As most of you know Hampton Inns are pretty decent, clean and good breakfast. This Quality Inn in Walnut is on that level of hotel at a price much lower than at the Hampton Inn. In fact the breakfast was better than any Hampton Inn we've stayed in. Additionally, the staff was incredibly welcoming, especially the hotel desk person, Alex, he was very professional and extremely helpful when we showed up really early for check-in.

Good size of room, comfortable beds

Staffs were kind of cold. Didn't mention wifi and breakfast details at all. Got in to the room on second floor which was not even clean up yet.
