Nice hotel in a depressed area

Posted May 22, 2017
Pros: Friendly staff and reasonable amenities
I stayed at the the Radisson for a wedding in Granada Hills. What I did not realize is that the hotel vicinity in Chatsworth is a depressed industrial area. There were very few restaurants open for lunch on Saturday! However, the hotel staff and amenities made up for the shortcomings.

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. Indeed we are located in a suburban area, northwest of Los Angeles and 4 miles away from main dining and shopping . and few miles from hiking and rock climbing activities also we are 40 minutes drive to the coast and 23 to 28 miles away from major theme parks.. We hope to see you back next time your travel brings you to the area. Kindest regards, Arthur Boshnakian General Manager

Comfort

Posted May 22, 2017
The location is good. The restaurant is excellent. The main problem is the air conditioner. It blows directly on the bed and was either very cold or warm.

Nice little getaway spot

I booked one night there as a 'night before' my wedding. It was close, convenient, clean, would have liked to have stayed another couple of nights!

Attended a family memorial service nearby.

Posted May 4, 2017
Pros: Convenience to Memorial Pa k and family home. Reasonable rates. Pleasant atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and efficient. We were there just one night. We had 3 or 4 meals in the restaurant. Food was good, reasonably priced, and very convenient.

The beds were awful!!

Posted Apr 28, 2017
Cons: The BEDS!
The staff was very nice and the hotel is kept clean but I just couldn't get past the awful night's sleep because of the cheap beds. We had 2 and my sister slept in the other and also had a terrible night. They seemed worn out or just very cheaply constructed. I pay to have good beds and haven't had this experience in many many years!

We know a good night’s rest is very important. we will definitely look into this even though most of our guests experience with our beds were positive, We thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and we hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations. North of L.A. but close enough to all

Posted Apr 5, 2017
Pros: Location. the location allows for a quick getaway up the coastline and it close enough to central L.A. It's clean and attractive. Modern rooms.
Location: A quick drive north: hiking areas. The coastline is only 10-15 minutes away. Topanga State Park is 5 minutes away. Malibu: 45 minutes.
Radisson Hotel Chatsworth is a beautiful hotel located about an hour from downtown L.A. I made it down to Santa Monica (6:30 PM) in 45-50 minutes via a fantastic ride through Topanga State Park. And, later that night, I made it back to the hotel from the airport in about 30 minutes. I wanted to stay north of L.A. b/c I was heading north and up the coast the next day, and the RHC is located in perfect position for that getaway. The hotel is beautiful and modern and clean and inviting. Wifi, cable and all the modern amenities. Close to gas stations, grocery store, and all the other things one would need to get travel stuff. You could go 10-15 minutes north and get some hiking in too. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

Ajay checked us in he was super friendly and very nice. He made sure to make our stay there very pleasant and gave us a beautiful room with a great balcony overlooking the courtyard. I definitely recommend this hotel it's quiet, spacious, clean, and very modern.
