Great location if visiting Crypto arena, 15 minute walk. Stayed with kids and found it clean and quiet. It’s downtown so some homeless people around but no more than any other major city. Breakfast was ordinary so we ate elsewhere but would stay again if we head back to Crypto.

The heater noise was serious. My room seemed to be just above the heating room, but when I asked to turn it off, the staff managed well and solved the issue.

The staff where helpful and polite, the sheets and bed where clean also the cleaning crew left the place organize and good. The only bad side it’s just some homeless outside but other than that it’s a good place to stay.

This place was super clean, comfy, and the space on the second floor was lovely. My only complaint is we didn’t have hot water! The shower only got cool or barely luke warm at best. That wasn’t fun after coming back from a long night out. Other than that, loved it.

Room were spacious and clean. The hotel property was outdated and elevator was dirty. The breakfast was not great. It was about 5 minutes from stadium.

After check in, the guy at front desk gave me the key room that someone was already in the room. Went back to lobby and told the guy. He didn't believe me that there were people inside the room. He went up to try the key and he realized that the room is taken. He told us to wait for him upstairs he will give us another room. We could hear him from downstairs helping 2 guests get water and another guests for Doordash. He completely forgot about us. We waited for half an hour didn't see him so I went downstairs to look for him. Very lousy worker The air conditioning is super loud. Shower stall is dirty. Toilet is dirty and someone forgot to flush it Don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean, no nonsense place to stay. Delivered what was expected. No frills, but that was fine for our stay and needs. Just as other reviewers mentioned, the walls and door are paper-thin so you can hear everything, even some street activity. We slept fine though doors, some music and a little late night return of a family upstairs woke us.

Staff seemed annoyed to help. Building is pretty run down and the elevator was last inspected in 2019. Not sure if they forgot to post the new certification or if it is expired. The hotel is grimey and outdated.
