We called the hotel telling them we would be checking in later. When we got there the clerk told us there was a problem with the water mains and the rooms had no water asking us if this would be a problem. Obviously no shower or bathroom would be a problem. They could have told us this when we called instead of having us drive all the way there. They offered us a compensation : 25% off the first night ! Ridiculous. We took out business elsewhere. I can understand technical issues, I can not understand not informing guests in advance when they call. Sorry, inexcusable.
