The internet can sure fudge hotel pictures. Homeless people first thing outside hotel. Hotel restaurant closed, restaurant next door closed all covered in graffiti. Had to change rooms right away as air did not work and we were asked if we "used" the room. Never again!

Tv didn't work in our room, next night we got moved to a better room with a tv. Didn't get charged extra. Lots of Uber drivers in the area. Five min drive frm convention center and staple center went down for the LAFit Expo 2017. Could do better tho area don't seem all that.

No AC?

Posted Jan 9, 2017
This hotel was okay. For the amount we were paying/their usual rate I figured we would be pretty pampered, but this place was basically on par with a 2 star hotel and for some reason they didn't have a/c available (only heating) due to the building running on 'central air'. They told us to open our windows if it got stuffy. It's 65 degrees out, not 30! Felt like a cheapskate move by mgmt and we couldn't sleep well because of it. Staff was nice and the room was clean though.

A very average hotel. Extremely basic amenitiea

Posted Dec 30, 2016
Don't expect much from this very basic motel, not hotel. Front desk staff wanted me to book their local tour when I wanted to go to Universal studios. Told me Universal closes at 5pm when in fact they were open until 10pm. Good thing I did not follow their advise. Breakfast was mostly empty trays. Had to ask several times. When food was finally refilled, everyone was jumping to grab whatever little was their. Location was not the best, in run down area.

A bit costly for the room the size. But other than that everything else is good

Nice hotel

Posted Dec 10, 2016
Pros: Good location, room clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok. I didn't feel like going out so I ate breakfast there.
Cons: No 24 / 7 coffee. You only have that little bitty coffee maker with one bag of regular and one bag of decaff. The only other time coffee is available
This is a nice hotel. For me the location was good. Room was clean and quiet. The room has the standard amenities, coffee maker, hair dyer, mini fridge, iron and iron board, etc.

Very good but one small thing.

Posted Nov 18, 2016
Cons: Double check the cleanliness of the room before a new guest checks in.
Location: Great Korean BBQ and boba spot right next to the hotel along with a few fast food places.
It was an amazing hotel room with a great and very spacious bathroom, but I found a half eaten oreo on the floor. Thats it. EVERYTHING else was amazing and I would love to come back and stay longer.

Old & yucky

Pros: Proximity to Staples and museums. That is it. Staff was nice.
Cons: Paper thin walls, stains on bedding. Could hear people next door.
Location: Staples Center, Museums
