Don't want to go againPosted Sep 17, 2015
Room smelled. Pillow is unconformable. The wall between my room and the next is very thin, I was hearing everything the next door is saying.

Expected a nice room!Posted Aug 31, 2015
I had high expectations when I booked this room because it cost double than what the Motel 6 a couple of exits cost. I was better off with the Motel 6. The AC didn't work and the rooms are old and worn out.

Dirty hotel. Don't know why Ramada HQ allows this.Posted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: It would have been cheap without the $30 per day incidental charge.
Cons: Clean the rooms. Allow hotter waters for shower. Place that plug in the tub for those who want to take a bath instead of hide it to save water.
Location: Citadel outlet, but you can go to other places like the Holiday Inn, Motel 6 & 8, Quality Inn instead of this run down Ramada.
The room was had grease on the tables, counters, hairdryer, bed's headboard, etc. It was almost like it was not cleaned. There was thick dusts on the vents. There was also a horrible smell in the room, though it was not smoke in a non smoking room. If one was to leave at the exit close to the cleaning room, you would feel it was extremely dirty with lots of dust and the feel that you might get mugged or killed. It was like the entrance in a horror movie. There is a US$30 per day holding fee that might be returned for damages. Don't know if this will happen, but I stayed on day and fled to the Holiday Inn. The service was horrible, as the folks did not really answer negative questions. There was also some incident of theft that the service officer told me that occurred.

Worth the money spentPosted Jul 20, 2015
The only improvement I would Like to see is the pool to open on time. We had to remind the front desk to open the pool door at 9am. The lady in the front desk thought it was open at 10am while the pool sign says 9am. Everything else was great.

Personal TripPosted Jun 10, 2015 on Hotels
I had a very rude front desk Asian young lady yell at me when I called her form our rooms and told her that the rooms that she had provided keys too were not the rooms the HOTELS.COM had promised. She replied yelling "why did they tell you that? We don't have those kind of rooms here! "I can't help you sir!" We had a A/C unit leaking water in our room! Just a extremely disappointing experience. The condition overall of this hotel were disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

They have motion sensors on all of the lights in the rooms. If you sit for any length of time all of the lights go out.
