Property was just newly renovated. Room is clean. Sheets and towels are clean. Just water flow is slow in the bathroom.

The room is excellent, and so are the amenities in your room. The only issue is without an elevator, getting to your room on sketchy stairs requires some attention.

Affordable stay at an older but well maintained motel that had much more comfortable beds than most in this price range. It’s on the Main Street in eagle rock so if you walk down the street there’s many dining and entertainment options. Not too far from Tesla charging. Easy check in with the night window, and COVID safer due to doors opening to an outdoor hallway not shared central space. Walls are a little thin so I could hear the next guest snoring, but the quality of the bed meant I slept very well. Some of the room features are a bit worn - but key things all worked and were clean and functional. I’d stay here again

Air conditioner is not great and low capacity
air conditioner is not great, when i set it in heater, i took 2 hours to increase from 65 to 72. air conditioner capacity is not good for the room.

Awesome service and great room. Mildly dated but super clean. The area seemed OK but lots of trash in the streets surrounding the area. Walking distance to Starbucks and other cute local restaurants. Would totally stay again

Very conveniently located to get to downtown Pasadena. Room was quite spacious and clean although the bathroom was on the smaller side and dated. Staff were helpful and very friendly! Only concern was we did not care for the heating/cooling device above the bed as it disrupted sleep for the person on that side.

Large clean room with comfortable bed and couch. Some of the handrails need repainting and lack of an elevator required climbing a lot of stairs. Plenty of free parking.

NO ELEVATOR. Horrible parking situation. The room was really nice and so was the staff. HOWEVER, there is no elevator. So if you are on the second or third floor, you and your luggage must traverse the steep steps. It was very difficult to do. We had 2 handicapped people in our party and there were no first floor rooms available. They say it says no elevator on their website, but it isn’t listed where you would easily find it. Also, the parking lot is tiny. There are more rooms than spaces so if it’s full and you lose your spot, you’re out of luck. The parking lot is hard to maneuver in and the spaces are very small (and we don’t have a large car). We would have rated this place higher if it weren’t for the parking and no elevator situations.

The hotel was nice it was near everything. Once we figured out the television that was good too. The only thing was we were on the third floor and no elevator but it was good exercise! 😂

Very Comfortable
My bestfriend and I went to the Rose Bowl for a soccer game and decided to book a hotel just to be closer. We found Regency Inn because it looked nice especially for its price. The room was very nice too bad we only arrived just to leave in order to make it on time. The bed was super comfortable with all the pillows. Only two cons we had was the only light to stand out was by the bathroom so not very much lighting unless you open the windows and we had some difficulty issues with the AC, other than that probably one of the best rooms I've satyed at.
