Nice hotel, but parking is not sufficient.Posted Nov 6, 2015
Pros: The central location.
Cons: The parking. You should not be charged and have to walk more than 100 yard, in the dark, under a bridge
Location: Close to downtown and restaurants.
The hotel is very nice, however, the parking is not sufficient for the price charged to park.

Beautiful hotel, great location, helpful staff.Posted Nov 2, 2015
Would absolutely stay again! The hotel room was really nice! Only downside was parking, Fee was a bit high & other guests were double parking so I had to go all the way to the overflow lot. Wonderful view though & really really good breakfast!

Very nice hotelPosted Oct 27, 2015
Very nice hotel. Short walk to Convention center and numerous restaurants. Free bus stops right outside the hotel and takes you to the downtown area.

Bed BugsPosted Oct 26, 2015
Unfortunately I found 2 bed bugs, 1 dead and 1 alive crawling on my bed on 10/18/15, after spending the night in the room. Prior to this I stayed at this hotel multiple times and enjoyed it due to it's location. As instructed I filed a claim but it was assigned to someone who is on vacation until 10/27/15, so until this day I still have no resolution. For an issue of this severity, I believe it should have been given a high priority. Although we took all precautions before entering our home, we were still on edge all week praying we didn't carry these pests home with us.

Away from the RestPosted Oct 5, 2015
We liked that this hotel was across the bridge from the Aquarium of the Pacific and away from other hotels. We were in Long Beach for the Aloha 5k Run. It was fun walking across the bridge to get to our event. Not much parking but very nice rooms and great breakfast area.

Kostenfreies schnelles W-Lan.

Getting out of the norm without driving too farPosted Aug 31, 2015
I decided to stay at the Residence Inn and I'm so glad I did! The room was just as it was in the pictures I saw online! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to bring our own grocerie items into the hotel. The pool area was nice and clean! The walk way down the port was the best, being able to go at whatever time was the best.. DEFINITELY looking forward to another stay there!!! It felt like I was further out of town than I really was.. And being able to drive into DTLB was another great plus, the bridge to cross over was only about a minute away

Very Nice StayPosted Aug 20, 2015 on Hotels
