I booked the property for the 29th to the first. I had reserved the property through Expedia. Not knowing my mom passed away December 28th at 4am. I contacted Expedia and all they did was copy and pasted Rodeway Inn's policy when they are supposed to support their customers, well that didn't happen. I checked my bank account the next morning to m make arrangements regarding my mom's passing and noticed that Rodeway Inn has charged my card. I contacted them and explained the situation to what has happened all they had to say was "sorry, you got charged for no show" and that they can't do anything about it. Customer service was extremely horrible, I will never recommend anyone to ever stay in the Rodeway Inn near Magic Mountain. Obviously their money matters more than what may their customers be going through. I have never had such horrible treatment with Expedia and Rodeway Inn. I will in my power stand up and fight for what is right. I never checked into their property and never again will I ever think about it.
