The WORST hotel experience I've EVER had!

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I've EVER had! There was holes in the tile, in the lobby. There was no one at the front desk to check us in, we had to wait. The toilet in our room was awful, I did not want to even sit on it. We didn't even sleep in the bed sheets because we were SO uncomfortable. For the advertised "Continental Breakfast", it seemed as if they didn't care to even refill it, for their paying customers. For the advertised "Free Parking", coming back from our concert, there was NO PARKING! So our only option left was to park on the side of the street, along the side of the hotel. But the next morning, we had a Parking Citation of $48.00! After going back in to complain to the hotel, they tell us that they tell all of their guests when checking in about getting a parking pass. So now not only did we pay almost $300 to stay here at this horrible place for two nights, but because there was no parking on their property for their paying customer to park, we are now stuck with paying a parking citation. And they didn't offer to do ANYTHING about it! All around, it was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment. If it wasn't for there being "No Refunds", or it being "Non-Refundable", I would have walked right out as soon as I walked in. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I would strongly recommend for you, Hotels.com, to remove them.
