Easy access to freeway

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was only one chair in the room with two queen beds in it. The TV was not working properly on the main channels. There were no hangers in the room. To eat my breakfast in comfort, I had to bring it up to my room as there was no table to sit at in the tiny lobby.

This hotel is 1 step up from one of those totally sketchy motels. They are undergoing renevstions, so that is nice. However attention to detail is lacking.

It's Ok, room little too dark. Breakfast, croissant were old.

Decent place, good value.

Pros: Location to food, all kinds of choices from 1 to 5 stars. There is a Whole Foods and a Supermarket within 3 LA blocks away. Restaurants galore.
Cons: Continental breakfast coffee...OK the whole thing is a bit cheesy but at least it is something.
Location: We were there to go to the Rose Bowl. Only a $10 Uber ride away. Getting back to the Hotel is a different beast, due to traffic.
Get a suite, it is the only way to go. The extra space is what makes the difference. This is a no frills type of hotel but decent. Front desk was pleasant and welcoming. The room needed some touch up but not too bad. Granite in the bathroom and main table means they're trying. Typical, wall mount a/c means its noisy so expect the white noise. The room was quiet, the only outside noise was the neighbors opening and closing their door.

It was fun. It was clean and neat and quiet hand everything that you can expect from a roadway and it was fun

The WORST hotel experience I've EVER had!

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I've EVER had! There was holes in the tile, in the lobby. There was no one at the front desk to check us in, we had to wait. The toilet in our room was awful, I did not want to even sit on it. We didn't even sleep in the bed sheets because we were SO uncomfortable. For the advertised "Continental Breakfast", it seemed as if they didn't care to even refill it, for their paying customers. For the advertised "Free Parking", coming back from our concert, there was NO PARKING! So our only option left was to park on the side of the street, along the side of the hotel. But the next morning, we had a Parking Citation of $48.00! After going back in to complain to the hotel, they tell us that they tell all of their guests when checking in about getting a parking pass. So now not only did we pay almost $300 to stay here at this horrible place for two nights, but because there was no parking on their property for their paying customer to park, we are now stuck with paying a parking citation. And they didn't offer to do ANYTHING about it! All around, it was a total waste of money and a huge disappointment. If it wasn't for there being "No Refunds", or it being "Non-Refundable", I would have walked right out as soon as I walked in. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I would strongly recommend for you, Hotels.com, to remove them.

Staff friendly enough . Motel Dated for the price. Comfortable bed. Limited parking, but it is there.
