If you need a cheap place to lay your head down for the night between flights at LAX that is the only reason to stay here. Pretty gross, I’m hard to gross out. I literally got a call asking if I knew what room the hooker was in. Maybe should’ve left at that point but as I said, merely needed to lay down before a flight.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was there 30 minutes early, and I had asked if we could check in. She then tells me that i would have to pay $55 for an early check in fee. The iffice was dirty and cluttered with furniture stacked all over the place. I can go on and on, but I'm just going to leave it at the plae and staff was horrible all the way around to the point me and my family refused to stay in an environment like that. Terrible people

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and don't mind dive hotels its ok. The beds and pool were clean but that's about it. The place is rundown, the lobby has stacks of room desks piled on top of each other and the walls were the elevator is there is a garbage can that has flies and stained walls.

Remodel should be nice.
They are going through a complete remodel and updating. The bones are good and nice rooms. It appears as if it will.be very nice when everything is done.

Was loud at certain hours, between the air traffic and pool, louder than f. Lots of damage inside, including tagging, holes in walls, cigarette burns everywhere (carpet, chairs, table, nightstands bedding, etc.) Other than that, lol, good enough

Hi everyone my honest opinion do not stay here. Pictures of this property is a lie and not a bit close to what it looks like hotel is dirty, elevators are wrirren on like bad people did it, found hairs on the bed, roaches in the ceiling light, area is not safe tons of homeless pushing carts outside. And most of all bad customer service the front desk Nancy is the most inconsiderate person on earth i felt not safe staying because of my infant baby based on the area and situation of the room and she did not refund my money. I ask that you please Think before booking specially if you care about family safety. I have pictures of the property lucky i cant post to share. ZERO STARS FOR THIS GROSS PROPERTY.

The front desk was extremely rude. The lady was in the front and actively ignoring me when I was trying to check in. After I said excuse me can you help me 20 times, she repeated to yell and ask me what I wanted as she was busy (doing absolutely nothing). When I told her it was to check in she said there were no rooms available yet and to come back later. I will never book again, extremely rude for no reason.
