This is more like a motel, quite old, parking is packed. I chose it because it says 2 queen bed, also the good review, but it's actually double bed. Will not stay here again.

this place is a nice gem in Westwood. Staff is super nice. Shopping and restaurants walkable distance. Good place to stay close to UCLA.

Room had evidence of water damage. End tables were dirty and all the electrical outlets had some level of damage. Animal noises could be heard all throughout the night via the skylight installed over the small kitchen area. Patio area seemed run down and neglected. Cable outage occured though it's unclear if it was the TV service provider or the hotel.

When I came in a bit early to check in to my room with my daughter, the senior white man rudely asked, “Can I help you?” I asked if we could check-in and he loudly exclaimed, “No! The rooms are still being cleaned.” I was about to leave with my daughter, when another white couple arrived to check-in. The senior receptionist suddenly changed his attitude and simply asked them for their name and where they’re visiting from. He assigned them a room, so I decided to ask again. He impatiently told me, “Listen! Let me finish up here first.” He ended up assigning us a room by the laundry room and where the staff congregates. Although there was nothing wrong with the room itself, the ice machine across from our room was very disruptive. Besides the older white individual, the rest of the staff was very kind and gracious to us during our stay.

Absolutely filthy and disgusting hotel. One of the nastiest places I have ever stayed, and at $200 a night that was quite the shock. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life.

Whoever rated this hotel excellent was probably high. Room with sticky carpet across from laundry room where housekeepers were shouting since early morning with ice machine right next to it… Real treat. I don’t get me started on breakfast. Would not book again

Loved the location. Easy walk to shopping and dining; quick ride share to an event we attended at the nearby university. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved the terrace and bathroom skylight. Toilet stopped up once, elevator didn't always work, office chair in room was a piece of broken junk. Overall way too expensive for what it was, but I know the prices in that neighborhood are high. (I mean, keep the prices competitive but keep the furniture nice and make sure the elevator works well...)

The very elderly gentleman who checked us in first gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned, then he gave us a tiny rundown room with a double bed, when we had reserved a queen size bed. Then on the second day, we came back to our room after being out all day just to find out our keys no longer worked and the second clerk downstairs acted like he didn’t know we were staying there for two days so they had locked us out of our room . The old man that helped us at the counter initially was extremely rude and talked over me when I was trying to be as polite as possible with him that actual room had discolored paint and was not updated .

I had a very enjoyable stay. The interior looks slightly outdated but it being clean and well kept in a good area right by UCLA mattered more to me. I didn’t park a car but Uber is great. The bed was comfy and the double queen room was spacious. The staff was friendly. Would recommend for the price

I was surprised I was able to find parking. I was surprised how close everything thing was. I was surprised how comfortable the bed was. This is cozy place to stay In LA. With tons of places to visit in and around the area.

Great location and comfortable property. A bit of updated maintenance would go a long way to improving the look and comfort. Wallpaper coming off the bathroom wall and shower fittings need attention in Room 102. Nice that it has an elevator!

This was a great location for visiting my daughter at UCLA. We were able to leave our car and walk around Westwood. The staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the property features are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Room had all the amenities we needed.

This hotel is in a good location but the facility is located behind several restaurants which have garbage cans next to the hotel. The dirty water flow out from the kitchen and garbage cans. It was not a pleasant experience. The staff was nice but the hotel carpet was dirty and old. The room AC was not working properly at all and the room smells not good. We had to turn off the AC completely and opened the windows. The toilet was leaking water from the bottom and it was not a good experience at all. Not sure why other people rated high on this hotel.
