모던 하며, 친절한 직원들과 함께 탁월한 위치에 위차한 호텔 입니다. 연인 또는 혼자 가기 좋은 호텔. 1층 식당은 유명한 식당이므로 유명 인사를 볼 수도 있습니다.

All the staff were very eager to please. They have excellent security, the best I've seen from many hotels. Large hotel but run so well it feels very cozy and personal. Great pool amazing vibe and room for all ie decadent adults and sweet families It all just works. 😊👍 upscale well thought out decor, attention to detail in every corner. Just the interior design itself is worth the trip.

場所がいい以外褒めようがないホテル

5日間泊まりましたが、設備、サービスが余りにもひどく非常に不服でした。 設備はオシャレを意識しているのでしょうがあまりにも使いづらくどの年代、どの国の人間でも満足出来るとは思えない代物。サービスは体調不良につき二日連続でルームサービスでお湯を頼んだのにも関わらず、結局来ませんでした。プールバーでのサラダとサンドイッチのオーダーに30分以上かかり、一階での朝食パンケーキも同様。二度と泊まりませんし誰にも進めません。ちなみに、私達家族は海外生活も長い為英語の問題は一切なかったのにこれです。

Nice hotel, not so good food or service.

Stood at the front desk for 20 mins still was never acknowledge because of a problem guest. I had to call my husband to come get me since he was checked in already. In room dining wasn't that great. Lady on the phone was rude and short, several items from our order were missing most important being a spoon for oatmeal. Only knives and forks were brought up. The spoon, berries and soy milk I asked for also weren't brought up. Eggs runny and looked uncooked and pancakes had a weird texture. These items were eaten and others were missing and we're still left on bill.

Relaxation Time

We ended our trip in Los Angeles and spent the last few days relaxing before our trip home. The hotel was great and in a good location. The decor, pool and amenities made the stay fantastic. The restaurants in the hotel were of a high standard, fantastic food by José Andrés provided a gastronomic experience. Meals at both Bazaar and Tres were outstanding.
