Gorgeous and Opulent. Absolutely amazing service. Friendly and welcoming staff (even for us "non-rich"). Grounds, restaurants and decor stunning. Like walking into the Past as if it were today. Room was fabulous. lunch at the Polo lounge was delicious and excellent service.

Was over the top wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The staff knew we were back with our children for the first time after our honeymoon and surprised us with an upgrade to a bungalow and could not do enough to make our trip amazing. Can't wait to go back

Pick another room - the hotel is fine. . .

Bungalows 23 and 24 are way out of the way - 24C has noise from a nearby loading dock and is nearly impossible to find, kind of the lost cousin of the other bungalows. If we stay there again and pay for a bungalow room, 24C would not be our choice. Kinda wish they would have a separate dining area for noisy infants also. It does ruin the old Hollywood ambiance.
