my only complaint would be the room was a "garden room" so felt partially under ground. I should have requested a change but we checked in at 1 am.

Chic boutique hotel w free shuttle to Universal!

Great hotel! 4.5* nice pool area w free movies every night. Guided walks, nice restaurant & free shuttle to universal!

The only merit is the shuttle service

I was disappointed! With the high price, I think it does not worth it. The "high speed" internet was barely working. There is a premium plan that you need to join. Even connection was very difficult! The low water pressure was killing me! I found washing my long hair very difficult. The facilities in the room was quite dusty. When I look at the coffee maker, I dare not make coffee because there was stains and dust in it. On the second day, after I went back to the hotel at around 4:30pm, the room was still not made! I have been to lots of hotels in different countries, I have never experienced it before! When I asked the front desk, she told me that the hotel was running a green program and that some of the guests may not want their rooms to be touched?! It's very rare! All in all, I was only satidfied with the shuttle service to and from Universal Studios and the metro station. Otherwise, nothing satisfies me at all.

My recommendation for this hotel is to offer at least a complementary breakfast for their quest. This hotel is very very very expensive and any little thing would help especially if you are traveling with a big family. The trolley to universal was very helpful. Another thing I noticed was there were no microwaves in the rooms to warm food and when asked they wanted 10 dollars per day to rent one, ridiculous. they need to think more about what the quest needs, if more was offered to accommodate quest better I think more people would come and would not care about the cost just to stay their.

Very nice hotel near Universal Theme Park

We really enjoyed The Garland. After a long day of wizardry and witchcraft at Harry Potter, it was a great place to relax for dinner and a movie by the pool. Very easy with the kids!

Such a cute property! Definitely a boutique hotel feel with an awesome restaurant (great patio), nice pool, and friendly staff. Loved it!!!

Nice Hotel

Loved the pool, and the room was nice. Elevator was constantly out of service and food was terrible. Overall though, I would stay there again.
